EDITED: After a bit of back and forth, the seller sent the replacement parts. The parts are sewn properly. I'm happy with the purchase and so are my cats. FIRST REVIEW: Received cat tree and I love it. BUT as another recent review States, a couple of pieces are damaged/not sewn correctly so the metal shows through. When I first contacted the seller they noted they'd send out replacement parts. They even gave me a fedex tracking #. I thought, how nice! Well, not so much. It's been a week, the tacking # goes nowhere with nothing shipped out. When I've contacted the seller about this they say they'll check with the supplier. But then silence. I think they are trying to run down the return/refund window because I do not believe anything will be sent to me to make it right. I'll update my review if anything happens, but for now I'm very dissatisfied. ... show more

It’s also taller than I realized, which turned out to be a huge plus since cats love having a higher perch to survey the room. My cat absolutely LOVES this tree. She is 9yrs old and has never had a cat tree this tall. I was worried she would be nervous going to the top but she didn’t even hesitate. The tree is very sturdy (my cat goes crazy on it at night). The middle enclosed part is very wide and my cat can easily get in. I love the color and wood accents. Was pretty straight-forward to put together, feels pretty sturdy, and I love that the the baskets & perches are large enough for larger cats ~ we have one who's 15 pounds (taller/longer cat :-), and another who's 11 pounds.

Cute, cozy for the kitty, and easy to assemble. I had to return a different modern tower because my cat didn’t like it. My 10-year-old 14 pound cat liked this tower very early on. Love the look and ease of assembly of it.

It is sturdy and nice looking with easy to follow picture directions however maybe I misinterpreted the description as it popped up in my search for “”cat tree for large cats”. It is a medium sized tree ( which I wanted) but is definitely not for large cats. It would work nicely for small cats but my 2 medium sized cats - 8 pounds and 11 pounds- cannot access the top of the tree as the side ledges are too tiny. So if you have small cats or kittens it is a nice looking cat tree but anything larger choose something else. Also only the top level is cushioned - all other areas are just covered by fabric ... show more
