Appears to be working. Clean with some scuffs on the case. The big issue is that the product description said this laptop has a MicroSD slot. It does not. It has a NanoSIM slot (which is broken-won't open) and a security card slot neither of which were listed, but not the MicroSD slot which I actually wanted. ... show more

Bought a refurbished hp computer. Got a “post error” as soon as we opened the computer. Error: real time clock power loss (005), which is basically the small chip that keeps track of the system clock. The computer is locked in the screen. Not sure how this wasn’t checked beforehand.
