Style: 7 inch Nakiri Knife
The PAUDIN Nakiri Knife has truly exceeded my expectations as a versatile kitchen essential. As someone who has never owned a knife of this type before, I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. The 7" Razor Sharp Meat Cleaver and Vegetable Kitchen Knife feature a stunning damascus steel blade with intricate markings that not only contribute to its functionality but also add an elegant touch to my kitchen. The attractive wood handle provides a comfortable and secure grip, making slicing, dicing, and chopping a breeze. One of the standout features of this knife is its razor-sharp edge, which effortlessly cuts through meat and vegetables with precision. The damascus steel blade not only enhances its sharpness but also ensures durability for long-term use. I appreciate the inclusion of a blade cover, providing protection when the knife is not in use and adding an extra layer of safety. The PAUDIN Nakiri Knife has become an indispensable tool in my kitchen, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a high-quality, aesthetically pleasing knife that delivers outstanding performance in both meat and vegetable preparation.

Style: 7 inch Nakiri Knife
While I was a little wary about getting a Nakiri knife at this price, I decided to try it out based on the good reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at its quality. The steel is good and has held its edge well, it has a nice weight, the handle is very comfortable, and it has quickly become one of the knives I most frequently reach for. Chopping is much more pleasant with this knife.

Style: Cleaver Knife Wood
I've read about Chinese knives but never owned one. Since I read various sources that expounded on the wonders and versatility of the cleavers, I decided to try one. This cleaver epitomizes the characteristics that I read - chops vegetables with ease, parries, and is comfortable! Unlike many cleavers this one has the "hook hole" and a somewhat rounded blade for old school chef chopping. The 7" blade may be a drawback to some buyers but the weight is nice. It's easy to handle but still has plenty of blade for whatever needs to be cut. I've had the cleaver for a couple of weeks and LOVE it! We'll see how it holds up long term but so far, I love this knife and it has become my go to knife instead of my Wusthofs.

Style: 7 inch Nakiri Knife
Purchased for my son and his girlfriend. Bought two knives and they are being used in both the professional kitchen and at home. The one that is being used in the professional kitchen is working out fantastic! She says that the prep work is so much easier, the knife is very sharp, and prepping is a breeze. He says that it is holding up to steady and constant use. They both highly recommend. Now I want one for myself.
