Sharp right out of the box. Easy does it when cutting fruit and veg. If I had one thing to note, it’s the cuff where the tang joins the handle. Seems to me a bit of a small gap where water can sit. Time will tell here. Would buy again. Worth the price.

Great knife. I do recommend that you also purchase a magnetic knife flat block. The unique shape of the blade. Doesn’t fit into a regular knife block. Love the green wood very unique.
