For their price, you can't beat this set!!! Good quality, expensive look, perfect size set. Nice khaki color cushions and solid plastic wicker! The seat cushions have velcro that hold them down perfectly! Very happy with this set. So far it is holding up nicely, even with my dogs enjoying it. Their customer service was very helpful with an order issue (on my part) and worked with me to remedy my question. Now for the dislikes. These are not enough to lessen their rating as I feel you can't get better at this price point, I've been on expensive sets that don't feel this nice... But here is what I found: -seat height is low, not crazy low but enough to mention. Still comfortable and a plus so my dogs can hop up easily to chill with us. -cushions. The mentioned seat ones have velcro but the backrest ones do not. They don't like staying in place. -While the included brackets to hold the set together are nice and do the job, it is loosely done and gets out of alignment after heavy use. -The feet are plastic and can scratch the deck. The media could not be loaded. Assembly was frustrating. That said, I've enjoyed this. The cushions are holding up well, and they're thick enough to be comfortable. Also, they're water resistance is impressive. The assembly journey is documented here: After a good night's sleep and prayer, I assembled the last section of the sofa. I applied a few drops of WD40 on each connection, which cause me less angst than the day prior. I finally got it together, and I was wiping it down when my murderous cat tried to claim it. I will say that after a breather, I do like it. My only suggestion would be to fire the sadist who handles the screws. While day 2 went better, here's how day 1 of the assembly ended: I've assembled lots of items before, including desks, bookshelves, grills, and bunk beds. This was the most frustrating by far. In theory, it should have been a snap. The process described in the instruction booklet seemed as straightforward as they come. But then you get to deal with the screws and alignment impossibilities and the tiny little wrench they send. I would say that not more than 5% of the screws would thread somewhat easily. The rest were maddening, like someone had dipped them in some type of resin. I eventually tried WD-40, with hopes it would help and not lead to regrets down the road. It didn't do much. I also tried a better wrench since I had a set handy. That didn't help either because there's simply to room to accommodate a better tool. The pieces are very light, which is fair given the price, and the benefit is that they're easy to throw in frustration. Extra screws and washers were handy, as well, for the same reason. The plastic isn't conducive for burning in my fire pit (which, by the way, I also assembled with no issues.) Otherwise, a bonfire might have been satisfying. This project tested my sanity and made me question all my life choices. If you want to go to a dark place, to the deepest recesses of your mind, I encourage you buy this. If you can pay someone to assemble it for you, even if it cost you your first born, it could be worth it. ... show more

This sectional arrived yesterday so my husband started putting it together. As other reviews mentioned the tool that came with it would have taken hours to assemble each unit. Luckily we had a power tool but it still took considerable time, the directions were straight forward. Each piece labeled to correspond with directions, all screws with washers fit every hole which enabled my husband to retain his patience. Once together we found the cushions to be very comfortable. The Velcro is a blessing keeping the bottom cushions from sliding or separating. The back cushions move but we like that for use under your head or feet when lying down. My husband is 6'3" and has plenty of room when lying down if sofa is put together. We had hurricane force winds today in the Denver area which put the Velcro to a rugged test, they held without a problem, we had taken the back cushions inside. The coffee table complements the unit, properly sized. We are very happy with our purchase, for the price we think the quality is there. It’s very nice for the price. It really looks nice. If it’s taken care of I can see having it for years. The customer service is excellent. We were missing a piece and it took about 2 weeks to get the piece. It’s very easy to put together. Definitely don’t tighten everything as you assemble…do it at the end. It probably took me about 2 hours to assemble. I wish the cushions were a bit thicker. It’s sits lower than I thought….keep in mind if you have tables already. ... show more

Nice looking patio set but it is small. By small I mean low, very low. I am not tall by any means and when sitting straight the back doesn't even come up to the middle of my back. It is very nice to lay down on though. The main reason I am not giving it 4 or more stars is that all the seat cushions and bases have velcro to secure them but the ottoman doesn't! It slides all over the place. It's probably the one that needs it most. The funny thing is there's velcro strips on the bottom of the ottoman cushion but nothing on the base to attach them to. Now I have to buy some velcro tape and hope it works. I will say that for the price it's not bad. If you've been shopping for furniture like this then you know how pricey they can be. ... show more

Super disappointed everything looked great until we got to the last piece- cracked on the bottom, paint chipped, and the holes did not line up Took the entire thing apart to make sure it wasn’t user error. Does not line up there is a hole where the top cushion should be. Would not reccommend
