For their price, you can't beat this set!!! Good quality, expensive look, perfect size set. Nice khaki color cushions and solid plastic wicker! The seat cushions have velcro that hold them down perfectly! Very happy with this set. So far it is holding up nicely, even with my dogs enjoying it. Their customer service was very helpful with an order issue (on my part) and worked with me to remedy my question. Now for the dislikes. These are not enough to lessen their rating as I feel you can't get better at this price point, I've been on expensive sets that don't feel this nice... But here is what I found: -seat height is low, not crazy low but enough to mention. Still comfortable and a plus so my dogs can hop up easily to chill with us. -cushions. The mentioned seat ones have velcro but the backrest ones do not. They don't like staying in place. -While the included brackets to hold the set together are nice and do the job, it is loosely done and gets out of alignment after heavy use. -The feet are plastic and can scratch the deck. I bought felt tabs to put on them and they work great. ... show more

It’s very nice for the price. It really looks nice. If it’s taken care of I can see having it for years. The customer service is excellent. We were missing a piece and it took about 2 weeks to get the piece. It’s very easy to put together. Definitely don’t tighten everything as you assemble…do it at the end. It probably took me about 2 hours to assemble. I wish the cushions were a bit thicker. It’s sits lower than I thought….keep in mind if you have tables already. ... show more

We purchased this in May 2021, here are our pros and cons. Verified buyer. Pros: 1. The set looks great on our porch and is fairly comfortable, have had good comments on it. 2. We have put up a gazebo and it works well. We have enjoyed coming out in the mornings and having coffee. Cons: we do live in the south where it can get a little humid in NC. 1. Tan material gets dirty easy. Will also show some signs of mildew. I have taken the cushions off and washed in hot water, bleach and it has not removed the stains. Not sure why? But they are there. Would like the material to clean better but not happening. 2. Pillows on back were flopping. But after I washed them the foam was put with the round side to the bottom and it seems to have corrected the problem. 3. What can we say about the assembly; wow, once you get the hang of it and understand how it goes, it’s fairly easy. Frustrating to use the little Allen wrench that comes with it. I decided to get my electric drill out, put on a allen wrench tip it went a lot faster. Not sure how long it took, took my time, watched tv and stopped for lunch and drinks. Overall we have enjoyed the set and probably would buy it again. I plan on getting a blanket to lay on the seat cushions to correct the stain problem. We have dogs and have noticed their dirty little paw 🐾 stains. That is not manufactures fault, just spoiled fur babies. I’m giving some ratings a 4 due to stains and cleaning. This sectional arrived yesterday so my husband started putting it together. As other reviews mentioned the tool that came with it would have taken hours to assemble each unit. Luckily we had a power tool but it still took considerable time, the directions were straight forward. Each piece labeled to correspond with directions, all screws with washers fit every hole which enabled my husband to retain his patience. Once together we found the cushions to be very comfortable. The Velcro is a blessing keeping the bottom cushions from sliding or separating. The back cushions move but we like that for use under your head or feet when lying down. My husband is 6'3" and has plenty of room when lying down if sofa is put together. We had hurricane force winds today in the Denver area which put the Velcro to a rugged test, they held without a problem, we had taken the back cushions inside. The coffee table complements the unit, properly sized. We are very happy with our purchase, for the price we think the quality is there. Excellent quality patio set. It was a little bit of work putting together, but it came well packaged and intact… nothing broken or missing. As some of the other reviews I’ve read, the glass table top was peeling off and looked terrible so my husband used soapy water and a razor blade to scrape all of it off and it is now a beautiful clear glass top. We love the set, it works perfectly on our lanai. Definitely worth the money! ... show more

I looked so many patio lounge sets and chose this one. This set was well designed. Assembly took time but that was expected since we are building the whole patio lounge set including a table and a ottoman. I like having depth in my couch for comfort. This set had a good depth to really sink in and snuggle in to enjoy the patio experience. The ottoman had the same width and depth as the couch which made a great corner chaise or a separate seating for gatherings. Waterproof, sun exposure resilient. Enjoyed the whole summer and still enjoying as long as the weather still goes on. :) ... show more

Nice looking patio set but it is small. By small I mean low, very low. I am not tall by any means and when sitting straight the back doesn't even come up to the middle of my back. It is very nice to lay down on though. The main reason I am not giving it 4 or more stars is that all the seat cushions and bases have velcro to secure them but the ottoman doesn't! It slides all over the place. It's probably the one that needs it most. The funny thing is there's velcro strips on the bottom of the ottoman cushion but nothing on the base to attach them to. Now I have to buy some velcro tape and hope it works. I will say that for the price it's not bad. If you've been shopping for furniture like this then you know how pricey they can be. ... show more

Great product for the price. Very comfortable. Struggled with a few of the screws but ended up working fine. One piece was manufactured incorrectly but customer service is sending a replacement piece.
