Sound quality is great and the bass is unbelievable. I have it tuned for low bass but it still delivers good bass. I have an Altima and I was able to fit the speaker right under my passenger seat. Installation was quick and the amp kit that comes with this, works great.

    • Cheap but good..
I bought this to add a bass on my car stereo and it works just fine!. Its not that loud bass but for the price i cant complain. Its complete with all the accesories you need to install.. just dont know how long it will last.

    • So bummed- do not buy.
I unfortunately had my truck in the shop so I had to wait until after the return period. This was a scam. The power plug is too small- when I finally got it to work the speaker just crackles with occasional bass hits. I have adjusted all of the settings. I am so bummed and now out $80… please make this right. ... show more

    • Clear full range sound. Don’t expect 808 hits to flow.
It’s compact and works well. Love the space saving size and full range option is great. Not much low end. It works more like a standard interior, full range, old school, stereo speaker would if it had a DC AMP built in. Worked for me because I wasn’t looking for an obnoxiously low bass sound.

I bought this to install in my 1967 Ford F100 pickup truck. When this first came in I was disappointed because the unit was DOA. I wasn't in a crunch so I contacted the seller and explained what was going on. They immediately sent a new unit and I received it in 2 days. Fantastic! I am no sound system expert, so it took me a few minutes but the directions were clear and I was able to get my receiver connected. After tinkering around with the settings on my receiver, I was able to adjust the sound to what sounds good to me. Now, I have just enough bass that the overall sound is great for me. I'm sure the expensive subwoofers have a lot to offer, but if you're like me and just want to be able to listen to some music at a tolerable level and feel the bass guitar and drums in your bones a little, this unit is well worth the price. ... show more

    • How to mount?
I can't comment on the sound quality as I'm yet to hook it up. Hook looks fairly easy but it came with no instructions on mounting it. It goes under the seat so is it mounted to the the seat, floor or what. It came with some little brackets but no instructions or illustrations of how it's mounted!

Restoring an Old Dodge Truck. Whomever owned it last has made a mess with OEM stereo. After replacing deck and 4 speakers wanted to add a little punch. This fit the bill as exactly what took average system to Great sounding system!

    • Very nice.
I wanted to keep the factory radio in a 1999 Mercury Marquis, I bought the little splice kit for 13.00 and hooked it up to the subwoofer. I really like it, it gives me a much better sound then what I had and my passenger can feel it coming thru the seat.
