I saw a bunch of reviews saying Assembly is difficult. And I overlooked it thinking, “Assembly is just one time. After that it’s yours forever.” Gee, that assembly…was exhausting. Very difficult screw placement and odd places where you’ll need to twist an L-Wrench into the main fabric of the furniture piece. Once you get out on the other side, it is very compact and portable. Making you have more places to place it than just a balcony. It is acceptably comfortable, I won’t say very because the cushion is just a flat piece of foam. It adequately does the job but you’ll want to bring your own side cushion or arm cushion support. Overall, great intro product to balcony furniture (for me). I’ll definitely be upgrading in a few years though. ... show more

It was very easy to put together did it all by myself & it looks really nice from a distance. But it’s plastic, I’m use to real wooden wicker these are not LOL. And the chair are Small if your a big person it’s going to be tight squeeze to sit in them. But for the price I can’t complain! Also they’ve been through rain storms and snow storms and they still look really good so I guess sometimes plastic is better than real wicker. ... show more

    • Collapsed Chair, Injured Child, and No Refund or Replacement

Do not waste your money or time on this set—it’s extremely poor quality, and my experience with customer service made things even worse. The chairs are badly made, and one actually collapsed while a guest was sitting in it—a 12-year-old child—causing an injury. I reported the issue to Amazon and was told I would receive a replacement from the manufacturer, but that never happened. I even asked what to do with the broken chairs and was instructed to throw them away after submitting photos. Later, when I followed up about the missing replacement or a refund, I was told I wouldn’t receive either because I no longer had the chairs. This situation was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I didn’t even pursue medical costs, just a replacement or refund. Instead, I was given incorrect guidance and left with nothing. I am still expecting this to be resolved—I should not be out the money I spent due to a defective product and poor support. For comparison, I have another set of wicker chairs from a different brand purchased in 2021 that are still in great condition. This set doesn’t come close. Buyer beware—look elsewhere if you expect quality and reliable customer service. DO BETTER, AMAZON!!! ... show more
