Putting the set together and I am missing the floor part of the table, and one of the back cushions is a random black cushion. It doesn’t look pillow like as it should or like the other correct one and it’s not the right color. The cushions are only a little thinner than expected. Seems sturdy and it is pretty easy to put together and fairly quick despite the screws and washers not being labeled to match the direction. It was process of elimination on how many screws. The material isn’t as good of quality as our other patio furniture, feels more plastic like but sturdy. The chairs are a little shorter than expected but still a good height, and very roomy Hopefully customer service is as good as the reviews state and I get replacement parts sent quickly as I have it all together ready to go. 🤞🏼. I’ll update once we see how customer service is. UPDATE: Customer service got back to me within 24 hours and a fedex tracking number stating new parts were sent. I’d give that a 5/5 for customer service for sure. That was great and pleasantly surprising. Since the set is good for the price, once it’s all together I’d recommend 😊 ... show more

This set was easy to put together BUT hardware was not marked on the package it came in so you have to mark them before taking the hardware out of the packaging. The parts of the chairs and tables were marked on the plastic wrapping so you need to know that before taking the plastic off or you wont know which part is A, B, etc unless you go back and forth from the directions booklet! It would certainly be a lot simpler for those that have no clue how these things get put together. The cushions are nice and sturdy. You don't sink into them.like flimsier-made cuhions. Customer service was AWESOME!! One of my table parts had the weave slit and it was coming unraveled. I wrote to the company and they replaced the ENTIRE set! It wasn't necessary that they did that but was much appreciated!! That's what I call keeping a customer happy!! Overall, I would definitely recommend purchasing this set. Well worth the nominal price! ... show more

Quality furniture. Better than I expected. Took me about 2 hours to assemble. Had to really think through the directions. Used tools provided to put everything together. All pieces align correctly, as a result of taking my time when assembling. Sturdy and comfy.

I was very disappointed with the product that shipped. I ordered the beige pillow cushions but I received blue and beige mix. I ordered brown furniture but parts of the chair arm rest and back were blue grey in color. The screws did not fit properly. I would not recommend this company or product to anyone. ... show more
