I never do such an in depth review but for the money I paid I felt like I should. I have a small porch and these are perfect. They aren’t bulky and I love that I can move the ottomans on the side. Style and look gets a 5 star but I had to ultimately give it a 4 star because assembly was rough, I was missing one piece(a washer), and the weaving material partial covered on of the holes that the screw could not fit into unless it was at an angle. Assembly: It took my bf and I a few hours each day to make each piece but it’s worth it. I took out each screw and each washer out of the package at a time and there was a missing washer. I even counted the circles in the packaging and there was 19 circles where the washers were situated when I should have received 20... for such an expensive set and the amount of materials required for assembly you’d think they’d include a few extra screws and washers just in case... not exactly 20(or 19 in my case). Also one of the holes was half covered in the weaving material of the chair and it would not budge or else it would come undone so we had a hard time putting the screw in there and it had to go on an angle.. hopefully it doesn’t make the chair less sturdy.. Look: there are a few spots where the weaving material are not flush but that is just nit picking. It is a well made set, the cushions are plush and not cheap. The weaving material is dark brown/black and it’s thick and well made. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase! If you have the patience to build it , it will be worth it!

When I first received the furniture a piece did not fit. I notified Okensen of the problem and they immediately resolved the problem with another chair I was satisfied with their response
