Ordered the 14 piece set with couch, swivel chairs, end tables, additional seats, and fire pit. Everything came in quick, set up takes an afternoon, but not hard at all. It was a Christmas gift so we didn't open it right away, but long story short, I ordered the wrong color (Navy Blue instead of the Teal Blue). My mistake (actually it was totally my wife's mistake, but.....), so I sent the seller an email. I offered to buy new seat covers, but they said they would just send me replacements in the correct color and I got them within a week. Excellent furniture, exactly what we were looking for, and looks great around the pool. Firepit is excellent, cushions are comfortable and they have velcro and ties to hold them in place. We were so impressed, we bought our daughter a set for her apartment balcony while at college. They are easy to move, mix, and match to accommodate any design/setup you may need. The media could not be loaded. We opted for the 12 piece high back. We already have a fire pit so didn’t need that. We haven’t built the coffee tables yet, so they aren’t in the pics. Putting the pieces together took us about 4 hours but was pretty easy once you got the hang of it. I had questions before I bought and seller was very responsive. We did a lot of research before buying this set and are very happy with our decision. It fits perfectly in our space and is very comfortable. The pieces seem well made and the price was right. Everything arrived in 1 day too - all 6 boxes. Super impressed with that. The seller also sent me the tracking for all the boxes, which was nice to have. We highly recommend!! ... show more

My wife and I were looking for a patio set for our porch at the cabin and had been looking for some time until we found this 6-piece set. We love everything about it. There were 3 shipments including 2 from US and 1 from China (covers). We received tracking numbers for each and they delivered on 3 consecutive days. Assembly was not difficult other than my own lack in following instructions at first. The only somewhat difficult part was clipping the units together but after a couple clips it seemed to get easier. Looks great, very sturdy and fit perfectly on our porch. I have already taken multiple naps on it. Seat cushion are firmer than expected which I prefer. Overall, this was the perfect set for our Cabin porch and would not change anything about it. ... show more

I was a professional furniture installer and assembler for 15 years, and I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. For the price of this product, it is well engineered, and designed with the novice in mind for a painless assembly. During my time as a furniture installer and assembler I have seen many outdoor furniture sets that had poor quality control. This leads to bolt holes not lining up correctly, threaded holes not being completely tapped for the bolts, and the customer on the hook for either drilling/ tapping new holes, or having to force metal pieces to line up. It was almost a given that I would have to “work around” or “rig” at least a couple of pieces of hardware with every outdoor set I would do in the past. This was true even with the pricey sets. So I expected to have to do so with this one as well. To my surprise, out of the 14 piece set I purchased, every single piece was manufactured as it should have been, and went together perfectly! The only issue in my purchase was one of the boxes had been mishandled by the shipping company and two parts were bent during transit. This issue wasn’t really even an issue, as I emailed the seller, with photos of the bent parts, and they immediately shipped the replacement parts, and I received them two days after reporting the damage.. quick response, no questions asked. I almost never take the time to leave product reviews, but I had to give credit where credit was due. For the price of the set, it far exceeded my expectations in quality, and the customer service I received for the replacement parts I needed is what prompted me to take the time out of my day to leave a review for others in the market for outdoor furniture. In my opinion the product is worth the money, and if there is an issue, the seller is taking care of their customer! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This furniture looks awesome on our roof deck. Feels great to sit on, very well made. We had so many pieces that we created an additional sitting area on 1st level deck. The video shows it as the dogs run past it! Would buy again. Customer service is available 24/7 (literally). We had a windstorm that took a seat cushion sail off to who knows where? Contacted the seller and they promptly sent us a replacement at no charge!!! Love it! ... show more
