I was a little nervous ordering this set given the price for how many pieces were included but the reviews all were awesome so I went ahead and ordered. We've had the set for about a month now and it was super easy to assemble (as long as you have your own rachet for the allen key and bolts! doing it with a standard allen key/wrench might have made me quit) and is super sturdy! I definitely recommend.

Looks cool with the covered backyard. All chairs are steady but honestly hard/time consuming to assemble. It took good five hours for me to install. So if you are looking for something ready made this is not the product but once its assemble its awesome.

We like the product. However, there were some assembly issues. First, not all the holes line up for the bolts. When you put two pieces together that require 4 bolts, insert the bolts on the leg last. Don’t use the allen wrench they provide. Run, don’t walk, to Harbor Freight and buy a torx screwdriver. Better yet, take a bolt with you to make sure you get the right size for the head. You may never use this driver again so get a cheap one. Use gloves. The wicker hurts. Lastly, listening to some Jimmy Webb music helped keep the frustration levels down. Have fun!

Material is not good quality. Cushions are thin and hard. Frame parts are thin and flimsy. Doubt it could hold big and tall people for a long time. It took three hours for an experienced person and an assistant to assemble set. Have not assembled fire pit yet. The beige set looks nice, but you get what you pay for. Delivery was fast and great. It fits nicely under a 10’ x 13’ gazebo.

I truly appreciate this set! With a friend’s help, assembling the numerous pieces was manageable. While it involves many steps and patience, once you master the first piece, subsequent assembly becomes easier. The finished set offers multiple configuration options and is both sturdy and versatile without feeling flimsy. It was worth the time and effort as the final result is fantastic. I couldn’t have chosen a better style!

I received the delivery one day ahead of schedule which was great! It definitely takes two people to assemble the furniture. I have two issues with the quality and missing piece. The screws on the side of the three seater couch protrude out a little much. I am missing one piece to the ottoman which the manufacturer has not replaced or given me a refund for. They offered to provide me with two ottomans but that would require me to pay an additional $80. I refuse. I just want one piece that was missing which I already paid for with my initial purchase. I’m not really satisfied with the customer service. I probably wouldn’t purchase with them again.
