Edit: The company reached out and helped to remedy the situation. I found that buying more of the long screws made it possible to assemble. Changing the rating due to the communication from the company and willingness to make things right. Wow. At first I was annoyed that the instructions for assembly were *awful* and that I was given 3 too few of the longer screws, but now I’m just annoyed at every bit of this. Like most of us these days, assembling my own furniture has become my second job, and I’m not bad at it. Unless, of course, the plastic is so warped and the rattan weave so uneven that there is no way the pieces could possibly fit together. The short screws don’t help — the pieces can’t be pulled together by the screws because most of the time the screws aren’t even long enough to begin screwing in. Genuinely ridiculous. And it’s so heavy that I can’t return it. Ugh.

Bought these post-hip surgery since no chair in the house was comfortable. Our subdivision pool had similar ones that I could tolerate, so I found and bought these. Very easy to put together (about eight screws each) with a battery screwdriver. They are not fancy at all, cover is interwoven plastic or something, but sound and are perfect for my needs. For the price, a bit guilt free for future wear and tear.

What an absolutely beautiful set this is it did take quite a while for my husband to put it together about 2 1/2 hours but when he finished it look like a really expensive set we're very pleased with it as long as you're under 300 pounds, and I'm just being honest. I'm a plus size girl 238 lbs and it felt sturdy and comfortable. This is one of those times. I actually bought what I wanted and I got what I wanted. It was inexpensive, but sturdy enough for a nice backyard set it took a little while to put together, but it was really nicely done. Everything lined up all the pieces were there and it arrived a day earlier than we expected! Buy the set!!!

Mine came with an open hardware kit so I was not impressed with that. But a quick trip to the hardware store for some parts and it went together just fine. Would have given it 5 stars if it would have had everything in the box. Really is work the money.

I bought two sets; both were nicely packaged and easy to assemble. The chairs are a bit smaller than I'd expected and the cushions are just ok. The table and top are a nice addition. I do suggest not using the tool provided to tighten the screws, as it'll take you a long time and they won't screw tightly and all the way. After the first couple of screws I decided to use my drill, and I'm so glad I did! It certainly makes for a secure and tight fit, not to mention a great time saver.

This is a great set for the price. Took a star away bc of the table. My table and glass top don’t seem to align as I see in other photos. It took a while to put this together bc of the Allen key! I highly recommend just using a drill if you have one to save yourself some time. The set is small but perfect for my little deck.

Took two of us about 2 hours to put together the set and the back bar that goes in was extremely difficult to put in. Now that its set up though we r happy with how it looks and they r pretty comfy
