Like the other reviews, I was shocked to see only two reviews. This set was such a great price and with both reviews so positive I took a chance (after looking at many sets). I’m so happy with the quality, look, and feel of this set! BPTD was great, too—reached out right away to give me a contact if I needed anything (which I didn’t—pretty fast shipping and easy setup), and even let me know shipping got delayed but was sorted out. The cushions are firm and a beautiful blue, and the rattan itself seems to be very well-made. Love it!

Assembly took three hours. Good quality hardware Allen head screws that insert in captured threads. The holes in the furniture lined up pretty well except for a couple. One of the holes was covered by the wicker. By the way these are not real wicker it’s plastic. The instructions were clear to assemble completely before tightening everything. The hardware wasn’t correct. The small screws for the footrests were missing but there were enough of the large size to complete assembly with the addition of stacks of washers. The material of the cushions seems sturdy. The teal color is vibrant. Comfort is subjective but I don’t think these chairs are very comfortable. The seat backs are too low for me and the footrests are too low in my opinion. Overall considering this furniture set me back only $250 it’s a good deal.

Very nice sturdy firm cushions. Easy to put together. Directions are not the best. I wish they had a q r code. You can scan off the directions to can watch a video of assembly. The only downfall is a show the set in red and blue accent pillows. I wish you were able to choose what accent pillows you got I got red so I will be finding new blue ones.. make sure you tighten every screw and nuts

The product looks great once put together. But putting it together was a massive challenge! The parts are not labeled properly including the three size of nuts that come with the packing. It was a daunting task to figure and take me a while to put it together - a lot of guesstimate that got me there!

I purchased this set because of the amount of furniture, included cushions and the price. The pictures showed good quality but there were no reviews or customer photos to accurately judge. It was almost too good to be true but decided to take a chance. We got these in yesterday and my husband spent about 2-3 hours putting it all together. It’s lots of detail, which is good in this case. They’re not flimsy! We were both surprised at how good of quality this product is, especially the cushions. I say “good” because it’s still not your super nice high end patio set that would be described as “great”. Featured photos were true to quality. I honestly can’t believe I got it for under $300. Highly, highly recommend! Perhaps the best Amazon purchase I may have ever made.

This patio set is awesome , beautiful and light weight for easy to move areas . Assembly is easy but the tools make it complicated and harder to put together but everyone is different.
