Item assembled per instructions, charged fully for first time use, but could never get it to work. Electronic controls never worked. The battery charge lit panel would not remain lit. For us it was a big clunker piece of junk that now has to be repacked and send back again. Please also note the seller does not give the option of free pick up. It’s free drop off at UPS location only.. And it’s a huge heavy box so be prepared to break your back to put it in the car, which cannot be done by one person it needs at least two people, and then get it out again at the UPS store. Total disappointment..

This chair worked great for my wife who needs a little extra assistance getting around and can't stand for long periods of time. The chair folds up nicely and quickly to get on/off the car. One note is that they are three seats, one soft seat is not cushioned and is flat fabric - to make the chair as light as possible. You may want to try it out and add a little cushion or towel for some padding if sitting for long periods of time. All in all, the material is sturdy and durable, strong in load-bearing, sensitive and safe. It is easy to store and does not take up space. The wheelchair is high, value for money and the customer service attitude is also very good. I strongly recommend it to those who need it. It is definitely a good helper!

Bought this last year ago, the lift has worked very well. It rolls very easily on any hard surface (exclude carpet, that is not the fault of the machine). Solid built to perform the task as intended. I appreciate the charge display feature, which is very useful. Yep, you guessed it, exactly as advertised. The price is reasonable as well.
