I am very pleased with this product. My doctor mentioned it to me. Due to bariatric surgery my iron level took a nose dive 20 years later! I put it on the inside of my wrist at bedtime which visually reminds me to remove it after 8 hours. Hopefully this will help since oral tablets are not helping. No problems with it adhering. (Not waterproof)

First package - patches were on a plastic backing. Easy to peel off, mostly stayed on my skin. I was super happy because iron pills give me nausea. Second one - patches on some kind of paper backing that peels off WITH the patch if I’m not careful. Will not stay on my skin as well. Giving it one more shot and if the third package is like the second, I’ll be looking for something else. For the price, there shouldn’t be issues like this.

This thing does not stick on! the packaging does say that it is not waterproof. I only have been using it for 3 days but it's come off at least once. Read the instructions and do not keep on over 8 hours (if it even lasts that long on your skin lol) I usually put it on before going to bed which helps to avoid it coming off. I put it on my arm once and woke up to it gone lol. I haven't noticed a difference in my levels because again it has only been 3 days. It is the easiest most painless way to get your iron in but i personally would look for an alternative

The patches may be good but the adhesive will not release from the backing paper. Since it cannot stick to my skin, how am I supposed to get the benefit of this product? Original order has been shipped back. Please refund the order. Since you shipped a second defective product, refund my money and I'll discard the second order. You should not be selling knowingly defective items.
