I was skeptical as I read numerous reviews before purchasing the SF1 driver. After 3 rounds, I can say it is as advertised. I am hitting straight drives with greater consistency and gaining 10-15 yards. It is a very forgiving club because I can feel the ball hitting toward the heel or toe and it doesn’t matter. Have I hit some poor shots?Absolutely, but this club has given me much more confidence off the tee. I am no longer afraid of hazards in front of me because I know I will get over them. There is no club ever invented that is going to take all human error out of your golf swing, but this one is close. I am 72 years old and my drives are going as far as they were when I was 50. This is a great price for a club that does exactly what it says it will do. My buddy has a $600 driver that I have tried and I will take the SF1 every time. The club itself is very nice looking and comes with a quality head cover. I opted for the senior shaft, but there are many variations to choose from. Again, after 3 rounds, I highly recommend this club.

I have a horrible slice. Or should I say had!. I have tried everything known to man to fix my slice. Hundreds of dollars I spent on clubs guaranteed to fix slice. That did not work, golf instructors I mean I had tried everything and nothing worked. I was hesitant about buying this club, but i thought i can return it for free. This club actually works as advertised!. When it arrived the first thing i saw in the packaging was a note: HOW TO FIX YOUR SLICE. I laughed and said another scam. I through the card in the trash and went golfing. I did nothing different in my swing, but I NEVER SLICED THE BALL SINCE I RECEIVED THE CLUB!!! I cannot believe it, it does stop the ball from slicing. If you want to hit a straight ball buy this club. It added no extra yardage to my drive, but its always in the fairway.

After purchasing a Performance Golf SF-1 Driver from Amazon, I decided to return it as it did not improve my game. Unfortunately, since I purchased it through Amazon, I was not eligible for a refund due to Amazon's 30-day return policy. I did not think this an issue since Performance Golf advertises on both their sales videos and in writing that they have a "...no questions asked, unconditional refund policy". However, when I contacted Performance Golf, they refused to honor their money-back guarantee because I did not purchase the club directly from their website. Mind you, nowhere on their website nor in their sales videos do they state that their money-back guarantee is only applicable to Performance Golf website-only sales. In my opinion, this is very poor business. This would be like saying if you buy a car from a local dealer, the manufacturer (i.e. Ford, Chevrolet, etc.), does not have to honor their car warranty because you didn't buy the car directly from the manufacturer. Amazon is nothing more than a sales outlet, just like an automobile dealer. Performance Golf should honor their "...no questions asked, unconditional refund policy" regardless of the purchase outlet. That's what "unconditional" means!

So Bought this and went to the driving range. First hit...Big Slice and so on and so on. Took it golfing and no different than any other driver I have had. They offer videos with the purchase and if you watch them and learn how to hit it might work. I tried my usual cheats as far as stance and turning my club face in which helped a little but, this club is no miracle. DON'T BUY IT! Also, thought it was advertised that it could be returned at anytime…not so.

Just got it and went to the range as soon as I could. My first hit was a very slight fade that would have most likely stayed in the fairway and definitely fair on a dogleg-right. Every other hit in the bucket was straight down the middle or a slight draw. I would usually have seen about 20-25% of those balls go much further to the right as a slice. I didn't have to make any particular swing adjustments and as a typical guy, I didn't even glance at the swing tip instructions. I was having none of that. Today, no slices at all! I'm very happy with it.
