The lamps arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I bought similar ones awhile back from another vendor who used velcro to adhere the shades to the frames -- I liked the little clips on these even better. Super easy to assemble and they are perfectly aligned. In the photo, the shades looked silver to me. They're a medium-dark gray fabric. Still very pretty and they are perfect in my room. I'm not sure I would have actually liked silver as much as I like these. The 3-way LED filament bulbs are really nice and have a warm glow. The touch control on the lamps is sensitive and simple to use, and the outlet and charging ports are a wonderful bonus. Can't beat the quality at this price! ... show more

    • Great idea for a great lamp
I’ve enjoyed these lamps a lot. I like that it looks elegant, has USB ports, and its touch I have an idea for you that I think no other lamps have and I believe it could set you above your competition. This idea is for when it’s the middle of the night and you have get up and go to the bathroom. I touch the lamp once and it turns on to the lowest brightness which is great. It would be nice when I’m ready to turn light off if I can use 2 finger tap to turn off the lamp without having to cycle through the brightest settings to turn it off. I bought two other lamp sets (one was nearly 3 times the cost) that I sent back. They were so light weight, you would knock them over if you reached for them in the dark. These are a "weighty" pair. Even more telling is the fact that the shades are assembled. All you have to do is put on the harp, drop on the shade, and twist on the finial. What you would expect to do for any quality lamp shipped to your home. Those products that arrive with the shade frame and material separated are a "sad bit of stuff." I've only had them for a couple of days but so far they work perfectly. I replaced my regular lamps with these touch lamps to accommodate my husband's handicap. They are exactly what the doctor ordered. If you've been searching endlessly (as it seems I have) for a quality pair of touch lamps, give these a try. The modern design is not exactly my style but they look fine in my bedroom and are really quite lovely. One thing I would make note of is that they can use only a max 60 W bulb. They come with a dimmable LED which is very nice. A bit brighter would be great but this will do. ... show more

Looks well made and has good weight/seems sturdy, and the touch on/off ability is great. One of the lamps definitely stands bit crooked, but I was too lazy to return so I just have it standing at a certain angle and it's not too obvious. The dimness settings are not good - the low setting is barely any light at all, the middle setting is much brighter than low, and then the brightest is a bit brighter than the middle. Still plenty bright, but not much point in having a dim feature in that case. I have been looking for lamps for our bedroom. I had ordered 2 sets of similar looking lamps from a competitor on Amazon (which I had to return because of improper wiring issues), but these from Partphoner are so much better. These have more weight to them and the light is much brighter. At the highest setting I can easily read in bed without straining my eyes. They were easy to assemble, too! The lamps are very attractive, modern-looking light. I love the touch feature to turn it on to the 3-way light settings....and so great that bulbs are included! But, what really urged me to give this 5 star rating, is their customer service! One of the shades arrived with a crimp (probably from packaging). The company sent me a replacement within days. Unfortunately , the first replacement shade also had an indent, and they readily sent me a second replacement lampshade.
