I’ll admit, my initial reaction to these lamps was far from five stars. When I received the package, I was shocked at how micro-engineered the packaging was—you’d never guess lamps were inside the box! Seeing everything flat-packed, including the shades, was another blow. I typically hate lamps that require shade assembly, and even though this was a complimentary item from the Vine program, I was prepared to be disappointed. However, once I put them together, I was pleasantly surprised. The assembly was much easier than expected, and the final result was stunning. That alone earned them four stars. What tipped them over to five stars? These lamps completely transformed my space, replacing my oversized 30-inch lamps and making the room feel more open and balanced. The lampshades could be better, but they’re easily replaced if you’re particular about that kind of thing (like I am). The base, painted in a wire-brush style, is well-weighted and versatile, complementing modern, transitional, farmhouse, or even shabby chic decor styles. It’s clear the bases are built to last. All in all, this ended up being a solid product that I’d recommend to anyone looking for budget-friendly lamps. And if the shades don’t meet your standards? A quick trip to the home goods aisle will solve that.

I was shocked how they got these 2 lamps into such a small box! They have 2 shades wrapped around the outside so when you price them together they are velcro! He top hooks around the metal piece that holds it over the bulb as well. Never seen that before an very easy to change out if wanted. These are soemthing I picture in a tiny home! Very minimal/simple. Love the way the bottom is painted to look like a chic older classy piece! The plugs are very nice. Not sure of the $50 dollar price tag for these though. It's a bit high but most lamps are expensive. So I gave 4 star because I think the price tag is pretty high for ehat you get an hold much you have to work to put it together!

I’ve never received two lamps in such a tiny box before and that is because, you have to assemble them. Even the lampshades come flat. The two lamps were not hard to put together once you understand how everything fits together. My husband and I did it together in about five minutes from opening the box to having two put-together lamps. As concerning construction, they are well made. The electrical plug and wire are great quality, the lampshade is made out of a nice fabric unlike some of the box stores and although the listing says it’s a composite of some sort, the feel like wood since they used a matte finish on them. The finial at the top is cute and matches the profile of the lamp perfectly. The action on the switch is well made and, for some reason, the same lightbulb from my previous lamp is brighter in this lamp. I love these lamps and am so glad I ordered them. I highly recommend them for the price, quality and beachy/scandi vibe.

These lamps were so easy to assemble, and I'd never really received lamps this way. I really like how companies are reducing packaging in this way so I never mind assembling anything if it saves companies money while also helping the planet just a little. I was so surprised to see lamp shades come this way but am now mesmerized with how easy they were to put on the rings...and now I want to know where I can find more because as you can see the color is not quite what I'm going for in this bedroom so I do plan to customize these lamps eventually. These are really nice looking solid lamps and really are bringing our room together. I highly recommend this set!

For the price, these are nice lamps. They come disassembled and you have to follow the easy instructions to assemble them. Assembly is quick and painless and they are very solid once assembled. Once assembled, they don't shake or rattle like some other lamps from higher end stores. When putting these together you will want to make sure that you have the lampshade nice and snug so that the seam comes together nice and even. This isn't too hard to do, but may take a couple tries before it looks nice and clean. My lampshade came with a defect in the form of some type of extra fold near the bottom seam on the shade. Other than that, these are good lamps for the price and very solid.

I really love this lamp set. They came packaged well in thick Styrofoam. Assembly is required but is fast and easy. The lamps shades come rolled around outer perimeter of the packing. I appreciate that they are not tightly rolled up, and this way of packing prevents creasing of the lamp shades. The lamps are a nice quality and a great value. The base of the lamp has a painted brush effect which gives them character that I love. They are a good size lamp for my nightstand in my bedroom. They are neutral so they go well with so many decors. They look great with my Boho, vintage decor. The lamps are attractive, cute, good quality lamps and I am happy with them.

I always love when lamps come in pairs, complete with shades! These are lovely, white, wood lamps that have harps, shades, and finials that are easy to assemble. I was able to unpack and assemble them, fit them with light bulbs, and have them on my bedside table in about 15 minutes total. I love the neutral white that goes with so many different styles of decor and I’ll say it once again, I love that I don’t have to go find shades that match. Very nice and so very useful!

Not bad for a set of lamps. They arrived completely disassembled and I did have to put them together. I was disappointed in the bottom felt sticker as it is not very secure and being that the bottom is hollow it was easy to put your hand through the bottom damaging the felt sticker. The lamp shades are also flat when they arrived completely disassembled. To make them round you must roll them up and insert the rings in them. The shades hold their form with a velcro strip. Personally I think I will just be replacing the shades completely and using the lamps as I do like their look & style.
