This massage pillow makes every day feel like a luxury. It's amazing I can get a truly deep, thorough back massage every day for such a low price. I bought two of these so when the automatic timer goes off at 15 mins to prevent overheating, I have another ready to go if I want. I do a lot of weed whacking daily for work and bought this when I had a slight injury in my upper back from all the imbalanced labor. I was also getting numbness at night while sleeping from tight muscles. This pillow is magic ✨ and helped both of those issues completely!! It feels so good. When you look at the price comparison of over $60 per hour for an in-person massage, versus less than $40 for hundreds of massages over the span several years (maybe longer if it lasts).. It just makes way too much sense to buy one of these. Even if it craps out after a year of daily use, the price point will have me buying it again and again. Because you can't even get one single in person massage for that price. Amazing and highly recommend!

Bought for my neck and it is surprisingly nearly as good as the tissue message I get from my physical therapist. That's where the 4 comes from. You do have to experiment with position, orientation and settings to get the mix of comfort and results right for you. . But.... The unit is very strong. It can be very painful. Much is dependent on the weight you put on it. Full body weight laying on it postioned mid back I found intolerable. Not so with thigh and calf as an example and manageable upper back between the shoulder blades if reclined rather than lying down on it. Still experimenting. The one I received was not new. The box was not sealed and the power cord was not packaged. It would be better if the control buttons were more excessible like on the power cord so easier to change settings while lying on it without contorting or losing the right position being used at the time.

I don’t normally write reviews - but this product is WORTH IT! I was considering PT or a pricier gym assessment/massage for several months of nagging neck pain - but decided to try this option first. My expectations were low - but I figured $25 was worth a shot - and I’ve been really impressed. It gives a good, deep muscle massage and provides really excellent, immediate pain relief. The heat function isn’t super noticeable IMO, possibly because the kneading massage quality is so good? I can see where people could complain about the aggressiveness/hardness of both the apparatus itself and the massage it provides; it does take a minute or so to get used to/loosened up - but as long as you’re not someone who despises deep tissue massages (in which case, I’m not sure why you’d buy this…) - it becomes comfortable quite quickly. I can also see where people aren’t pleased with “fit” - the ball spacing isn’t adjustable, so that’s too be expected - but I think that most people with a semi-standard build will find some positioning that’s comfortable and effective. I haven’t messed much with the speeds and don’t have feedback on long term durability - but first impression and early results are great.

I’d been dealing with weeks of severe sciatica, and nothing seemed to help. This product made a noticeable difference within a few days—the shooting pain down my leg eased, and I was able to move and rest again. Of course results vary, but based on my experience I highly recommend it for sciatica pain. Truly grateful for the relief!

Great idea, but the massaging balls for a lack of another word are very hard so you can’t really lay back in your chair on it maybe with a foam cushion in between it in my back I’ll give it a try

Could not believe how much this helped relieve my back pain at a very affordable price. I use it sitting up straight in a chair and run through the cycle multiple times (first at sacrum then moving up through lumbar region. It really has helped my back get out of spasm. Used it on one extended road trip in the car. Do not recommend using it while driving but great in the car for rest stops.

I absolutely love this massager. Regretfully, the case is not durable. It has ripped loose from the stitching. When I took it off, the stitching actually cut through the inside cushion. That’s why the seam came loose. It is extremely difficult to mend it. I have stitched it and then used duct tape inside and outside. Then I put a pillowcase over it.
