I ordered this back massager because I was in a car accident over 25 years ago (yeah I’m pretty old-lol) and I tilted a disc which was pinching a nerve in my lower back so that I was in bed for over a week not being able to move after my accident. I went to physical therapy and they “straightened” the tilted disc and I was mobile again. However I have always had reoccurring pain in my lower right side and right glute. I can’t be standing too long like waiting in a grocery line or washing dishes for more than 10 minutes before my back starts to ache. I’ve tried muscle relaxers, Icy hot, heating pads but nothing seems to take away that deep ache so that is where this back massager comes into play. The only relief I get from this muscle aches is when I go get a massage. I LOVE GETTING A MASSAGE and if I could afford it then I’d get one weekly. But I cannot afford it so this mighty back massager kneads my back and glutes like it is nobody’s business. Some might say it is a little too hard for them but it is perfect for me who needs a deep tissue massage. I don’t know how I went without this baby for so long. Would I still love to get a weekly massage by a masseuse? Heck yeah. Can I afford it? Heck no. But with this back massager, I don’t feel so bad about not being able to get a professional massage. It is good to know that after a hard, long day of work when my back starts to ache, I can go home and sit on my couch, watch my favorite tv show while this back massager relieves my aches and pains. This machine is definitely worth the price. Some reviewers have complained that the mesh has broken but I’ve had this massager for close to a year and use it regularly and mine is still good. I’m thinking even if it did break, rip or wear down, it would still be worth it because this massager cost less than a 1 hour massage session and it has given me many “sessions” of massages and kneading. lol 😂. Totally worth its weight in gold or pesos!!!!!

I really debated whether to return this or not, so I took some time to think. This massager feels SO GOOD when it hits the right places and I don’t fault the massager for the simple fact that it isn’t made for my body type. I’m a fairly slim-built woman with very little body fat, and I think the major issue is the simple fact that I’m so slender. The massaging wheels are set so far apart that all it does is hit my shoulder bones and rib cage. Sitting it up at my neck was *almost* perfect, but it still required me to contort my body too much to hit the right spots. (However, once I got myself in the right position, it’s absolutely heavenly!) Sadly I just can’t justify paying for something that I can’t thoroughly enjoy… Aspiring entrepreneurs: Consider designing a massager just like this one, which can be adjusted by width somehow to adjust to all the different sizes of bodies. Maybe also make the spinning massager things smaller…? I’m still wondering if returning it was the right move, but the return window was closing and I had to make a decision. I give it 5 stars because I believe it’s probably perfect for people with normal bodies. It’s definitely a DEEP massage, which is exactly what I was looking for!

I absolutely love this massager. Regretfully, the case is not durable. It has ripped loose from the stitching. When I took it off, the stitching actually cut through the inside cushion. That’s why the seam came loose. It is extremely difficult to mend it. I have stitched it and then used duct tape inside and outside. Then I put a pillowcase over it.

Makes the pain in my back go away. I haven’t used it for hours yet so I don’t know how the battery life is but the little time I have used it, it felt so good. Only used it on my lower back but you can definitely use it for different areas of your body.

Really good with pressure, in that the wheels don't stop if you out weight on them. The warming is nice, and the ability to move it anywhere on the body is super helpful. I do wish there was a way to bypass the 15 minute shut off, instead of turning it on every time.
