I bought this on January 5 2024, it stopped working on February 10, I do not have the box and I’m over my time limit to send it back. I’m very upset about this. Worst machine ever.

The shredder is small, but mighty. It comes with a little blower fan to keep it cool. The last shredder we bought stopped working after 10 minutes it did not have a little fan. Needless to say. I highly recommend this, my husband‘s having a ball the last time. He got so excited about an accessory for the home was when I bought him a brand new dishwasher with all the bells and whistles. He loves that dishwasher but back to the shredder, this is his shredder. He loves it.     • Cannot get shredder to power up
Received my shredder in October 29, 2023. Once I located the switch on the back of the ahredder ( after plugging the shredder in to power) all was well and I shredded a few pieces of paper without problem. Today I moved the shredder to make a place for the Christmas tree. I cannot get it to work. The return time is over naturally. I have no idea what I did wrong, but I have learned NOT to buy a shredder until I have gathered all the paper that needs shredding and do it at once. ... show more
