Not too bad at all!
Looking for a small sofa for a home office that could convert to an occasional bed in a pinch. Looked very closely at a lot of the options out there online. There are many cheaper but when you look close you can see they are probably not worth the couple hundred you would save. This unit hits a good balance for fair price and quality for a sofa in a box. For what it is and meant to be this pretty damn decent little sofa sleeper. The quality of all the parts and hardware are top quality. The assembly is not hard but takes some time to complete (2 hours). The product was very well packed in two boxes and everything arrived in perfect condition. Once assembled it has a good quality fabric and foam is very supportive. Very comfortable and handsome looking small sofa.

Definitely a great extra couch!
I really like this couch! It's exactly what I needed as an extra sleeping space for guests. It looks great in my small family room and folds out to a true full size bed. All the other ones I found weren't even long enough for a normal size person to lay on without curling up. I will say that this is not my sole every day couch and I'm not sure I'd want it to be. I like the big comfy, sink into type couches for that so if you're like me this isn't it. It is comfortable and it is deep, it's just not the bring everyone over and lounge all day kind of sofa. For me it's the furniture in the extra family space type couch. Hope that helps!

New quality, no issues with holding weight
Important things to know: - couch is shipped in 2 large boxes. Judging from experience and other reviews, it sounds like they’re not usually delivered together, and it’s useless to start building until both boxes arrive, as the first step utilizes pieces from both. For me, tracking said everything was delivered about 48 hours before the second box actually arrived - other reviews/videos show the pull out piece not being able to hold much weight. The quality I have has had no issues holding me or my partner, ~300lbs total, so it sounds like they have fixed this issue - at least one review has mentioned that the pull out piece does not “lock” in. At least in the quality I have, the very last step in assembly is attaching a mechanism that helps hold it in place while extended. It just clicks in place, so it’s not super strong, but I’ve had no issue with the pull out part staying where I need it to Pros: - great quality for the price. Bed Bath and Beyond has a similar item for more than double the price - lots of storage in the L seat. I was able to get ride of my coffee table storage which freed up the whole room Cons: - couch sits pretty low to the ground. The legs are screw in, so you could replace with taller legs, but you would have to find a way to extend the wheels on the pull out portion. You’re also not going to be able to fit anything under the couch (mine used to have storage, but that was replaced by the L seat) - the back rest only comes up about half way behind the cushions. Fine if you’re planning to put the couch against a wall, but if it’s not backed up against anything you wouldn’t really be able to lean on the cushions and the couch would be really uncomfortable to use - no free returns. If you end up not liking the couch you have to pay return shipping to China for 2 huge, heavy boxes. And the cushions were originally shipped vacuum sealed so you’d probably have to find an even bigger box to ship them in after opening

Do not get!
Style: Chenille
Color: Chenille-beige
I bought this temporarily because I needed a sofa bed for a few weeks. The assemble was not easy but we got it done. The bed part of it is not sturdy. One movie night the kids had the bed out and when one of them got up, the bed felt down and now every time we open it we cannot lay on that side because it falls. We switch our living room around and switch the chaise to the other side. That was the worse. The arm rest would not latch no matter what we did. We ended up taking the hardware off and switching them to the other side. Now one of the sides is not stable and it keeps falling off. The material is rough, I had to buy cover sheets for it as it got supper dirty from just sitting on it. It is so rough our cat loves it as a scratcher. I would not buy this again. I wish I had my money back to be able to get something else. This is not it!

comfortable sofa, defective pull-out chaise
Style: Chenille
Color: Chenille-beige
This sofa is immensely comfortable! Super plush. The way you can take off all the covers and wash them is a wonderful feature. Customer service is fantastic and responsive as well - we had an issue with a missing part when we were putting it together, and they gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The only reason I'm taking two stars off is because the pull-out chaise is defective. It frequently pulls off the tracks, it caves in with even the slightest pressure, and now it won't even go back under the couch. The pull-out chaise was the main reason we purchased this couch - so it not working properly from the get-go is incredibly frustrating.

Easy assembly
Great for a small apartment and was easy to put together. Good quality for the price too.

Defective/Damaged
I really wanted to like this couch, it’s cute, convenient and a perfect size for a small apartment, but the couch itself is defective and needs improvement. I can’t connect the right armrest, or the loveseat to the storage section. Additionally, the part that makes it into a sleeper couch, drops whenever you put any weight on it. I thought I could just deal with it, but when my boyfriend and I were watching a movie, the sections would slowly split apart, and the pillows would fall off due to the missing armrest that won’t connect. ( For reference I’m 140 lb and my boyfriend is 190 lb. ) Customer service has been pretty good so far, I wish it didn’t take 24- 48 hours for a response, but I will update this review if anything changes. :)
