Panther Lock is made of heavy duty steel tubing. The vinyl-clad steel tube slides easily over the motor lock downs and is secured with a hardened brass pad lock. The padlock is recessed to deter cutting. Comes with two keys.

not as easy to install as a single pad lock, but it is virtually impossible to get bolt cutters to the lock. The only to defeat the lock is to cut the motor clamps themselves... not something most thieves would do.

Works as advertised. Had to use zip ties to keep vibration rattle down.

While i like the concept, there are a couple main flaws. 1) when the rubber padding is installed on the inside, it barely slides over the motor mount handles, and ends up tearing the padding taking it off and putting it back on. 2) the lock vibrates like crazy, making your engine noise twice as loud. I have to take the lock off while using it as it drives me crazy. 3) the end caps don’t stay on. Haven’t had it on salt water yet, but you can tell this is a 1-2 yr product and not a lifetime purchase. ... show more
