I love this enclosure for my snake!!! It arrived safely and well packaged. Assembly instructions were ok and I was able to assemble it by myself in about 20 minutes. Decorating it took longer but assembling it was a breeze. I bought this for my male ball python, and I am beyond impressed. Everything was packaged carefully, the parts where clearly labeled, the stickers on the glass don't leave a residue when peeled off, the instructions were very easy to understand and follow, and it only took me 30 minutes to put it together by myself, and I'm not a person who's good at assembling these sort of things. They really thought of everything with this tank from the multiple access points for wires and tubing to the security. Theres even a 2nd key in case you lose it. The only changes I would make is for them to add a 2nd cable pass for wires and tubing on the opposite side, and handles to push open the doors, but that's minor. ... show more

    • Good tank, video isn't accurate
I watched the video to put the tank together only to realize that the video isn't accurate, nor does it cover a few important things. 1. The tank that I got isn't the same tank that's in the video. The lock in the video is a basic glass cabinet lock and the tank I got didn't come with that lock, the lock is built in to the tank. Also they never mention the 4 side posts need to be screwed into the tank base or else you will half almost an inch of extra space when you attach the top of the cage. That much space makes it so the tank doesn't come together and the glass front panels will fall out. Also the tank in the video has 2 mesh sides, the tank that I got has one right side that's glass and the left side is glass/mesh. 2. See #1 It's not hard to adjust to the fact that the tank you get is not the tank in the build video. If you're someone that FOLLOWS THE DIRECTIONS EXACTLY WITH NO VARIATION then you might have some stress when building this tank. ... show more

    • Great enclosure
Purchased for a classroom pet in my wife's classroom, the assembly is easy and as long as you are detail oriented can be unpacked and assembled in less tham 30 minutes. The suction cups that come with it leave something to be desired and after about 3 months no longer "stick" to the glass. The rings that the "keys" come on easily straighten out and will allow the keys to drop off, luckily neither of these are a real issue as my wife doesn't use the ring in her classroom, she keeps the keys hidden to prevent the kids from opening the enclosure while she is not in the room (although to be honest anything that can be put a 1/4 inch into the slot will unlock the cage making this not as secure as advertised) ... show more

It was a huge pain in the butt to remove all the little pieces of Styrofoam from the pieces I was supposed to put together. One of the support rods was miss labeled and upside down, couldn’t figure this out for a while but now it’s put together so I win. It’s very easy to put together and had I not had a piece that was mislabeled it would’ve been like 15 to 20 minutes to put together whereas it took me like two hours to figure it out. I am missing the latch piece for the door, and have an extra back piece of plastic that holds the two pieces of glass together on the backside of the tank. ... show more

I received my terrarium and when may I notice was the box had one of the poles coming through the box and inside box where the glass was. When opening the box of glass I notice that the black pole was hitting inside the box and notice that the glass from one of the sides glass pieces was cracked, and when pulling apart the two sides of glass the one that was cracked shattered all on my carpet floor in my house. Have been trying to get a hold of someone to send me another piece of glass, I’ve emailed, I’ve use fb messenger, and now I’m leaving a comment. All I want is for another piece of glass to ship to me. So that I can put my bearded dragon in his proper home. So can someone from Reptile Zoo reach out to me so that I can get the glass piece I need for my terrarium. I would much appreciate it. Thank you. The picture I’ve attached is the the opening above the screen. That is the piece I am in need of. ... show more
