Description

The Mojave Reptile Lounge features front sliding, glass doors for easy access and cleaning, a large, mesh screen top to accommodate most UV and heat lamp set-ups and vented side panels for optimal ventilation. This reptile lounge habitat unit is made with ECOFLEX, a proprietary composite blend of recycled polymers and reclaimed wood fiber by products that make up a durable and moisture resistant material. ECOFLEX is easy to clean and does not retain odor. This unit is not watertight and should not be used for animals that need to have standing water in their enclosures. The top of the unit is wire mesh and intended to support heat and UV lamps. Customers can place heat/UV lamps on the wire portion of the top of the unit. Heat lamps SHOULD NOT touch the ECOFLEX material please refer to assembly instructions. Great for indoor or outdoor use. A habitat made for tortoises, arachnids, scorpions, hermit crabs, hamsters, guinea pigs, small rabbits. This was sooo easy to put together, the glass was a bit tricky at first but once i figured it out it popped in a few seconds and it is very sturdy. I have seen a lot of mixed reviews on this enclosure but I’m glad I bought it, definitely recommend. The only con I’ve seen so far is that it doesn’t look like it will hold in water and it will leak, so if you need high humidity I would recommend to run a bead of silicone in the cracks and it should be good. I am absolutely floored by how easy this was to put together. It also seems strong and sturdy, it will hold humidity pretty well for my ball python. It’s also nice to look at and a great price for a 4x2x2 enclosure. After seriously struggling with Dubia enclosures I’m really glad I got this to try out for my newest baby. However keep in mind that this is not a water-tight enclosure. And I don’t think you’d succeed in modifying it enough to be water tight, but if you’re going bioactive or need a water feature, you can use some kind of pool liner and that should do the trick. ... show more

Pros: 1. EASY to put together. That was one of the main reasons I bought it. I put it together alone in about 20 minutes. I watched a YouTube video instead of reading the instructions. Much easier that way! 2. BIG! Super spacious, especially for my baby bearded dragon. 3. Seems to be very sturdy. 4. I love the color. 5. Real glass doors. 6. Lock for enclosure works well. Cons: 1. There are NO cut outs for wires. Everything has to go on top of the cage unless you rig it somehow. 2. The bottom of the front is not glass and is so deep I cannot see my dragon unless he’s up on something. 3. Again, since the front bottom piece is solid, my baby can’t see out. He kept climbing up trying to see out. I had to put a hide by the glass so he could climb up to see the world. 4. A lot of accessories you get need to suction to the enclosure. You cannot do that with this one. I’m using double sided tape to hold the suction cups to the enclosure. 5. Make sure when adding the handles on the glass doors, to put them over far enough. One of mine is too close to the edge of the glass making it really hard to grip and open. 6. There are gaps in the corners after it was put together that I had to seal with silicone for when I switch over to loose substrate. Overall I’m happy with it! I did tons of research before I bought anything and this was the best one for the price. ... show more

Literally could not be happier with my enclosure for my Bearded Dragon. The install was beyond easy (and I ain’t no handy man). It’s so big, my lil buddy Gus Gus just scampers around in it. I half half carpet and half desert sand and there’s zero leakage. Super good quality as long as you’re not moving it all the time. Absolutely beautiful grey colour. Edit to my first 1 star review: The product was not great. And it came damaged a second time. Doesnt come with directions in the box. The website from what I saw doesnt have instructions for the 72, just the 60. All of the pieces line up pretty terribly. Bottom piece is 2 portions joined together and they dont really sit flush in the middle so it will be hard to seal with silicone. The metal posts are supposed to be screwed in with regular screws. The screws do not have actual guide holes. Kinda looks like they just presed a running drill again it to make an indent lol. I bought it cause it was on sale and i would have saved shipping and around 200 bucks vs a KAGEs enclosure. Buy the latter instead. These ones seem to be best when theyre the 4 ft or lower ones. The product itself is gonna be great, I have their 3 fter and i bought this once i saw they had 6 fts available for my bredli python. The reason im putting in the bad review is the shipping packaging. The box has the screen top portion on one of the outside ends with no packing material at all on it. I waited a week, excited for the product, and when I went down to the mail room it looked like the Amazon employee elbow dropped my package before delivering it. The screen top was completely bent, ripped off the rest of the frame and also punctured. Looks like someone slammed the corner of a heavy box right down on it. Pros: - It’s easy to put together. - My tank didn’t come broken, but sadly my cousin who also ordered this had 2 broke pieces. - It sure is massive, I ordered the biggest size, they’re honest about dimensions. - The edges around the bottom of the tank wasn’t that wide to me, I’d still be comfortable using substrate. Some may fall through but not much. Cons: - while building, 2 pieces wasn’t made correctly, so the screws didn’t go through the holes. The tank still held together and could be picked up to move, but it’s still worrying. It was the bottom 2 pieces, and 1 side panel at the bottom. - the glass isn’t stable in the door, after a day when I opened the door slowly, the door fell inward. Thankfully it didn’t bust. I put it back in easily, but now I’m paranoid every time I open the glass doors. Overall it’s okay and can be used. I bought due to the massive size. But it can be sorta dangerous. I don’t think it should cost that much, the material looks 3D printed. ... show more

Great product almost all my reptiles now have these enclosures. Keep in mind you need to use aquarium safe silicone around the edges but that is very easy to do for first timers. They look great and are very customizable!
