These are good quality fan units and easy to install. Variable speed settings on the fan. The lowest CFM is very quiet. The highest CFM setting makes more noise, but still pretty decent for how much air it's moving.

I really like this bathroom fan. It has a slow start where you don't even know its running until it fully spins up. The install was straightforward and everything went together very nicely. Extremely quiet and easy to install. We started to install ourselves but ran into some snags w/duct work that crossed over where the fan was to be placed.     • Great looking fan with nice performance.
The instructions that came with the fan are not good. However, there are great videos on YouTube that if you watch make this fairly easy to do. Once installed the fan works as promised and looks nice.
