Assembly instructions were vague, but easy to assemble once you identify the parts. Like many others, we are unable to finish the assembly of 2 chairs due to the wrong sized part. Seems like poor quality control on the seller's end. I reached out to the number on the seller Facebook page and was sent to a Google Voice service, no response via email either. UPDATE: We reached out to their customer service via email as well as the number found in their facebook page. Their response was within 24hrs - we had the new parts delivered within 5 days. The parts were a perfect fit and we are now enjoying a our full set of patio furniture.

Update: as soon as I reached out to Pamapic regarding the pieces that did not fit, Nicole responded quickly and shipped the correct pieces from the factory. They fit perfectly and I was able to complete assembly. I'm very happy with the service, they made it right as fast as they could. The furniture is comfy and my family I are very happy with our purchase. This furniture is somewhat time consuming to assemble, but not overly difficult. The large pieces are not marked with anything to correspond to the lettering in the instructions, so it took some time to determine which piece was which. However, we received 2 pieces that are too large and cannot fit the sofa seats for which they were intended. In the manual these are labeled C2 and they are each about an inch too long to fit the sofa seats. We want to make this product work for us - can the seller please reach out to us to discuss a solution?

Updating my review for the following- after leaving my review I was contacted by the stores customer service. They offered to rectify the issue by either sending me a new set for free or refunding me $200 dollars. I opted for the refund because we were able to make the couch work with the modified sides and a price point of $300 dollars seems worth it for the inconvenience. The customer service rep was kind and prompt in refunding the money. Original review: Like others who have reviewed, we got our couch with some side pieces that are too long and the holes don't align at all. After a lot of head scratching and reviewing solutions, we realized that with the feet attached the side would still sit flush with the ground, so we drilled new holes. I'm still giving it 1 star even though we solved it because 1) we would have returned it instead if we hadn't read the horror stories of people with the same issue trying and being unable to, and 2) because why the heck are we engineering a solution for a $500 product? This is pretty ridiculous for the company to be selling this crap.

All in all this is a nice sectional for your outdoor area. I put it on my deck and to date have received a lot of compliments. I do really like it but it is not perfect. It was not difficult to assemble but I wish it came with slightly better tools but they worked. The instructions worked well and it really was fairly simple to assemble, it just took a bit because there are quite a few pieces to put together. Mine had a few pieces missing, like screws but I was able to make do. The seller and I worked things out about it which is great. My least favorite part about the set is the table. I wish it was a little smaller and a tad higher so you can put it more in the center and it would actually stand above the seating area. The cushions are a bit thin so they do wear through a bit, so since it is mostly me I just rotate them. The back rest pillows do not stay in place on their own but when you lean against them they work just fine. I would not recommend leaving them out in the rain because if they get really soaked they take some time to dry out again. So if a storm is coming I take them indoors so I can use them again right away. I have seen a few rust spots already, not even a few months into using it but that doesn't really bother me since I doubt it will fall apart now and it is in spots that are not that visible. It is holding up pretty nicely but I do see that if someone around 200lbs sits in one spot for a little longer the sectional is hanging through a bit but it evens out if you leave it be for a while. The worst part of it is trying to put those little plastic pieces on them that connects them so they don't drift apart. I was not able to do that really so mine tend to just drift apart when I use it, again not a big deal but I wish they had a better system that is easier to apply. All in all it looks fantastic, was pretty easy to assemble just takes a bit and so far overall is holding up nicely. It is a decent value for what I paid and fits beautifully in the space that I put it in. In the winter I will either bring it indoors to protect it or cover it with a sturdy cover since winters here will get bad and I don't want it to get ruined. I think I should get at least a few solid years out of it without any issues at all. I love the lounging feature on it and se it a lot. I am out on my deck pretty much every decent day now and enjoy this a lot. I am very happy about it and glad I got this. Now I can actually entertain friends on my deck for a nice glass of wine or beverage of choice.

I was unhappy with the cushions for this set and the manufacturer reached out and made it right. This is a good company wanting to make changes for the better. They offered some assistance and told me they are working to make the cushions better. My initial review follows: Product arrived fairly quickly and on two different days. My husband had everything put together in about an hour. The cushions are thin and not the most comfortable. They are also very light and tend to slide on the seat and shift around on the back while in use and not in use. I wanted a place to stretch out and can do so with extra pillows for head support that i purchased at Costco. Unfortunately, where the two chair pieces meet together there is a slight hump which I feel on my back. It's okay and I can live with it, but if the cushions were better quality maybe it would be more comfy and they would stay put. Because the cushions are not waterproof, i bought a cover to keep it covered if I know there is rain coming.

Love the look of this product!! Fairly simple to assemble. The most challenging part was attaching the clips that connect the pieces together. Plan for about 3-4 hours of assembly but definitely not hard to do.
