Update: incredible customer service. The company reached out to me to make it right. Buy without worry. Company will stand behind their products! We purchased this set October 2021. It’s a decent price for all in one set. HOWEVER, we can only get the fire table to light and stay lite about every third night we use it. It’s very frustrating to come out with friends and spend 20-30 mins trying to get the fire to light. And for this, I do not recommend this set. ... show more

I received the furniture and assembled it. The installation guide is simple and clear. The construction is sturdy, the screw threads are good. Some people complained about the lengthy assembly time, but that's to be expected because compact packaging is the only way to save shipping costs. So I have no complaints there. I did encounter two minor issues: the glass top for the coffee table was missing and one of the panels had the assembly holes in the wrong place. I fixed the later simply by drilling two holes in the right place. But more on this later in the support section of this review. The furniture looks great, and you get quite a bang for your buck. It is Elegant, easy to clean, in my opinion it is a great value and just works perfectly for a small patio set. About support: when I reported my small issues to the company, they responded within hours, and resolved the matters quickly and fairly. This is absolutely first class support. I highly recommend this vendor. They do care, and it shows ! I would buy from again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is such a beautiful set!!! It comes with everything you see in the attached video and includes a cover for the firepit. I ordered a cover for the entire patio set in addition to this. You won't be disappointed if you're looking for a nice set! I recommend purchasing large velcro to use on the back and bottom of the cushions so they don't slide off. ... show more

Overall it’s a beautiful looking set unfortunately it’s not comfortable and the cushions keep sliding. Was disappointed that the fire pit was brown and did not match the rest of the wicker.

I love the versatility of this conversation set. It has transformed my deck into an elegant escape that rivals patio seating at restaurants and hotels. Putting the seating together was time consuming and the lug nuts were difficult to get on. But with patience, an extra person and a more durable wrench, it's possible. Our first table came broken, the seller replaced it no problem! Putting it together wasn’t hard at all! It took a while but to be expected, easy to follow instructions and the equipment isn’t heavy!
