The media could not be loaded. First off, the packaging for the patio set is superb! I included a photo of one of the table box that was damaged during shipping (its bulky, heavy and unwieldy) so the company obvious took some thought into caring for the corners by having some makeshift welded corner protector! I am sure other companies would probably use plastic so i am pretty impressed. We chose this type of set because we wanted our feet to be on the floor when sitting around whereas some other sets, the seats are like bar stools and your feet are on some riser. If i wanted to slouch or cross my legs i cant in those. Also, i liked that i could wedge my legs like a “less than” sign under the chair whereas skme other chairs it seems like its sitting on a box. Getting into the color, since when i was deciding at the time either a darker brown/greyish color or a seafoam green and i am so glad we decided on the seafoam green - super cute! I didnt find putting the chairs and table altogether difficult - but there was a challenge when putting the back rest in between the seat posts but once i got the hang of it, each subsequent chair was put together quicker. I like the look on the metal as it looks very sleek and trendy, along with the added design of the basket-weave for the back rest. The cushions are not too dense but they dont feel too squishy - i liked that i could remove the covering to put in the washer when spills or stains happen! If i could change something, i think if the chairs could be more stackable than they are currently, it would be beneficial for everyone, not just a select group of folks who leave it outside like me.

This is a beautiful patio dining set. Rugged, well-built, comfortable and the cushions are well-made and attractive. Table was easy to assemble. That's the good part. The chairs were a nightmare. Most screws would not line up with the threaded receivers welded into the frame. I ended up cross-threading several of them to the point they would no longer let me tighten them. I actually had to drill through the frame in a couple of cases and use some nuts and bolts to hold things together. As other reviewers said, it was an ordeal. Many choice words were said by me as I was cursing the manufacturer. And then there was the delivery nightmare. The set was shipped in two containers. That's fine, it is not practical to try to ship them all in one. The packages were heavy enough even in two boxes. Everything arrived in excellent condition. The table came in the time frame as per the tracking information. The chairs - a different story. Tracking information by Amazon conflicted with that of the shipping company (name of which is well-known). According to the shipping company's tracking data, the item was in their local distribution center for one week. Almost every day during that time, the tracking data said the item was on the truck and "out for delivery" and nothing arrived day after day. One day, the shipping company tracking data said that delivery that day was due to inclement weather. That day the weather at my house and at the distribution center (50 miles from my house) was perfect - not a cloud in the sky. I contacted the seller each day and was told that they would look into it. Still no results. Finally, after I threatened the seller that I will file a formal complaint with Amazon, they got it delivered - two weeks after I ordered it. My only conclusion after this fiasco was that the item must have been put on the truck and that the driver did not want to deal with it because it was so heavy, which it was. I had to open it outside and bring the chairs into the house individually, because my wife and I together could not lift the box. Even so, I am happy with the product - but not with the seller or the shipping company. Update: Although I stand by my review as described above, I would like to acknowledge that the seller of the product has reached out to me in hopes of making amends for my bad experience. I am happy to report that they have been generous in their offer to make our experience more acceptable to us. For this, I applaud them for good business practices. I understand that quality control in manufacturing, and indeed in the poor response of the shipping company, is beyond their control. I hereby accept their apology and encourage others that might have had the same issues to give them a chance to make things right. They obviously care. And we still love the product.

Nice table set , reasonable priced but very hard to assemble. Took me over an hour to put one chair together. If you have patience go for it but bring plenty it it. Would not recommend due to difficulty of putting chairs together. But love the set. Update: I guess companies really do read our reviews. About a week or so after posting my review I was contacted by the company regarding my experience. I'm pleased to say the company did listen to my concerns and made things right by sending me replacement chairs. I now have a beautiful set and my family was able to enjoy dinner outside last weekend when the weather was beautiful. Because of their quick action to make it right by their after sales customer service and because the set is beautiful I have updated my rating to 5 stars. Thanks Nicole!

I love my new patio set. The chairs and table aren't that difficult to put together - my husband and I had little trouble. Just don't tighten the screws as you assemble, tighten at the end. A few chairs are wobbly but not crazy. Table has adjustable legs to compensate for any wobble or uneven floors/decks. I followed the advice the more thorough reviews - it was helpful.

First, I love the look of this set and it is exactly what I was looking for for my patio. The table was easy to assemble but once complete, I noticed a large noticeable dent on one of the slats of the tabletop. The chairs are also nice and seem sturdy but putting them together was a nightmare. If you follow the steps outlined in the instructions, it is almost impossible to get the holes to line up for the last step. My biggest issue with the set is that after it rained, there is rust coming from some of the chairs which is staining my patio. This is an outdoor set so it should be able to withstand rain and the set is mostly covered by a gazebo so it doesn't even get directly hit with rain consistently. I would hate to return after how long it took to put together but I can't even contact the company because when I click the item, it only gives me the option to return or replace. Frustrating.
