Not only were these very easy to assemble, they are sturdy, comfortable, and great looking!! I get a lot of compliments on these! They are awesome, because they have a little armoir underneath with a cushion to put your feet on. Read a book and enjoy a cup of coffee, glass of wine, or sit around the firepit with friends. This is a great patio set and would highly recommend!!

We purchased and received the Pamapic 5 Pieces Wicker Patio Furniture Set the end of July, in two boxes about two days apart. The second box, the largest, was partially torn open along two sides. Thankfully, the edges of the furniture along the edge of the torn box looked okay. However, after opening up the box we found there was an unfinished corner on the top front of the Ottoman, this was a manufacturing defect. The grey rattan wasn't fully weaved or tucked and finished off professionally, exposing the metal frame. We emailed Pamapic Customer Service, and Zoey responded immediately. Zoey provided 'extraordinary customer service' in regards to our purchase of Pamapic products. Her timely and considerate accommodations to resolve our manufacturing defect issue was superb. We were very satisfied with the swift and helpful actions to resolve this situation by Pamapic. The patio set is very nice! Thank you

Great patio furniture, especially for smaller spaces, but can easily be used for larger spaces as well. I really love the foot rest feature. When they are not needed, you can hide them under the chair, or pull them out when you want to relax a little more. They are perfect for our small deck. I purchased the gray version and love the color. They are also very comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase. Ease to assemble as well.

I love this set. I wanted a small grouping for my new deck that wouldn't break the bank. This set is perfect! Very sturdy, was easy to assemble and looks great. I love the feature of the ottomans storing under the chairs. Great space saver. I also wanted gray and it's tough to find. Cushions are not super but they seem well made and suit my needs. Overall, excellent product!!

The is the second set I have ordered because I loved my first one. But either they made a mistake in shipping or else they have gotten very cheap with their product. The seat cushion is pictured as being 3.8 inches which is exactly what my old one is. The four cushions I got with this set are all the same thickness and are what was used for the foot rest on my old set. There is no nice thick chair cushion with this set. I have contacted the company but let’s see if Amazon or the vendor will make it right. This used to be a 5 star product but not now.

First chair was difficult to figure out how to assemble. Second chair was a breeze. Chairs are very sturdy and comfortable. I highly recommend these chairs & table.

I try not to give bad reviews without communicating with the manufacturer but, this one has me upset. I purchased this set and was anticipating assembly and finishing off my porch. When I opened the box, I instantly noticed I was missing the hardware. I attempted to call the number for Pamapic and the number was a non-working number. I contacted Amazon and they were quick to partially refund me for the hardware. I then laid everything out and discovered that the box is also missing the two sides to complete the second chair and the cushion. It seems well made. The color is nice. If the missing parts are shipped, I'll assemble and update my review. **UPDATE** After communicating with the company, I was able to get all the correct parts to complete my order. It appears to be a 2 box order and box 1 of 2 never arrived. Nicole was very helpful in getting this resolved. Finished product seems sturdy enough. At first I thought the cushion were too thin but, with the woven material in construction of chair the cushions are adequate. Just what I was needing for my porch.
