Nice patio furniture, comfortable, relatively easy to assemble, all came in one big box, well packaged, I like the way the Ottomans slide under the chairs and it even came with one extra washer, no extra screws, but one extra washer! 😃 Edit= after having these chairs for a bit, there's something to note, the cushions will slide out from the chair while you're sitting on them, the chair is kind of slick and so are the cushions so you end up kind of slumped all the way down while sitting in the chairs, I remedied this by buying a roll of grippy nonslip cabinet liner, cutting some squares about the size of the chair seats and putting that down on the chair with the cushion on top completely fixes the problem, even if you try to slide down, now it won't. Still love the chairs and they are holding up well, I keep the cushions stored indoors when the weather is bad though, but definitely get some nonslip to put under the cushions, makes them much more comfortable and keeps you from looking like a slouch lol

Update on Review: My project is finally at the stage where the furniture was needed. All pieces were in the boxes and hardware. Instructions are minimal but adequate. The pieces went together with no problem, all holes matched up perfectly, all hardware fit. The chairs are ok quality, cushions are adequate. The table probably could use a glass top for stability of bottles, glasses etc. All in all, after the inital problem of a missing box which Pamapic resolved, I would recommend these chairs. Having the ottomans slip underneath the chairs for space saving is a great idea and works well. March 12, I finally received a response to my emails/phone calls. They responded because of the 1 star review I gave them on Amazon whcih, they say, hurts their sales. The offered to send a new order, no need to return the older incomplete order. I received the new order and got both boxes on March 16. The smaller box does have hardware and small instruction sheet so that's an improvement. Due to the long delay etc I can't give them more than 3 stars but I will say their support is now tracking my progress so I did get their attention. No comment about quality as I haven't put the pieces together yet and that was not my complaint. I will comment later on quality. Thank you Pamapic support for finally getting on top of this. Gary ------- I ordered this on Feb 20 and promptly received one box marked 2/2. The other box has not arrived (1/2). I have called Pamapic support number, no response, I sent an email via their website, no response after 4 days. I opened the box and confirmed there are missing parts, 3 cushions (one chair), one chair, etc. Tracking the shipment UPS shows a package arriving in Goodyear, AZ on Feb 22 and no motion after that. I believe it's sitting there but who knows. Sorry that Pamapic support is not responding. I am going to request a return and refund. Maybe ordering again will get both boxes delivered. Obviously their support is sub-par.

Well-made, stylish, comfortable, & reasonably affordable! Faux rattan that seems incredibly durable, plush cushions for being polyester, and the overall water-resistance is great so far (in the PNW)! Packaged well in just one large box, and straightforward one-person assembly with just one type of screw (supplied, along with allen wrench). We are incredibly happy with our patio conversion set, and were floored by the AMAZING customer service we received after reaching out about a small issue when ordering through Amazon (lesson learned: buy from Pamapic directly, as they stand behind their products)! Highly recommended & would order again in a heartbeat — thanks, Pamapic!!

Before anything else I say, this is the most important: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN BOLTS ON EACH CHAIR BEFORE YOU HAVE THEM ALL IN AND ONLY GIVEN A COUPLE TURNS. That is VERY important. You will need the wiggle room to fully match up all the holes properly. I am fully convinced that those complaining about holes not matching up did not leave all the bolts loose enough at first. Now with that being said, I absolutely love this set. Yes it's cheap. You're going to get what you paid for. I had the choice of spending $800 on a set that looked very similar at a local store. Although I know it was built a little better, I wasn't going to spend that much. This set is an excellent value for the slightly less in quality, but it still seems like I should get a few years use out of it. The supports for the seat are what I was most disappointed in, being they are only a few twisted ropes of the same stuff the plastic wicker seems to be made of, with the woven plastic wicker on top. It seems strong enough, says will hold 350 pounds, so we'll see. It arrived in 2 boxes, at the same time. My son put them together with an occasional extra hand by me, but could easily be assembled by one person. It took about half an hour for all 3 items. The cushions do seem a little "slippery" but I think a couple squares of velcro underneath will take care of that. I also plan to buy covers for the chairs to protect from the sun and weather. It's very comfortable, perfect size for my patio. We've had it less than a day, assembling it as soon as it arrived late this afternoon. If there's a change in my opinion due to problems, I'll definitely update.
