First off, love this gazebo. However, if I had to do it all over again, I would spend the extra money & get the one with sides & curtains. The Instructions were very poorly written. Between myself, my husband & my father in law, we had it up & completed in 5 hours. The plastic on the roof pieces are a nightmare! It took me 40+ minutes by myself to get it off. The rain gutter on the front did leak at first, I used clear silicone to fix the gaps. We do live in a high wind area (near a river), it hasn't bugged. Over all, I love it. We have had it for over a week and our family really enjoys it.

The media could not be loaded. The instructions are hard to follow. But it helps to take out every single part and match it to the list of included items. It definitely takes two people to begin assembling. In our case, it took 2.5 people in two days (we had to take breaks). Two people assembled the frame, eventually having a third person is helpful when assembling (hence the 2.5 people). I’ve only had the product for a few months now and it’s holding up well. We’ve had 50 mph winds in the past two weeks and thankfully it has survived. The videos show how it’s holding up under severe thunderstorm warning. A little water coming through the roof, but overall, I highly recommend. I would’ve given it five stars, but the hard to follow instructions and water coming through where the screws are is the reason why I’m giving it four stars. I do love how it’s held up in our southern storms.

I really wanted to give this a 5 star but unfortunately we have had a very difficult time assembling this. (And we have lots of experience with assembling gazebo/pergola. If we didn't waste 2 days attempting to put it together and the hassle to re-box and ship I would definitely return. First issue is the instructions are not clear at all, does not add anything about which wasly your bolt holes need to face ect, it's a guessing game from start to finish and the QR video wasn't much help either in my opinion. Only about half of the parts lined up and bolted together without us having to customize it to fit. We have large levels and everything was square on our end, it just wouldn't line up correctly. Then to the roof panels, the center pieces slid in like a charm but the end 4 would not go in without a trim. Finally after we get it together, the first day we got rain, the rain water comes through through each panel rail, not just a drip either, a steady pour. I'm giving it 3 stars because I love the concept and I think I could have just got a lemon from the warehouse (it happens). Unfortunately I did waste my time and money on this purchase, and I 100% know the roof panels will fly off on my first wind storm. I'm just hoping the frame holds up and I can possibly add a metal tin roof to the frame when that does happen. Good luck to the future shoppers.

My brother just moved into new house and I knew the first thing he wanted to get for the yard was a gazebo so this was perfect gift for him. The gazebo came in and box was movable with help of two people. Building it only took about 3 hours which was impressive because we have never built a gazebo before, this had clear instructions and all tools necessary to build. Once built it looked awesome and we added lights just like in the product picture and at night it looked amazing. His favorite part of the design is that it attaches to the house wall which makes it so we don’t need to walk in middle of the yard to get to gazebo. The gazebo has been here now for a bit and so far it is sturdy holds up well in snow and rain still paints looks brand new. Overall the gazebo is worth it so far for us .

Let’s assume firstly that I actually know how to build things like this and follow directions. 1. It’s not easy to assemble. It took four of us five hours. You will need real tools. Fortunately I have plenty of those. 2. There were pieces that did not have holes drilled where they were supposed to be. I had to drill those. 3. It was constantly necessary to adjust the whole thing to attempt to line up roof panels. 4. Rust. It already has rust on the second day of being outside. 5. I am going to have to buy supports and steady it. The good news? I guess it hasn’t fallen over yet. If I had it to do over again assuming I had any idea what I would have faced I would have bought the $2000 one from Lowe’s and paid someone to put it up.

The boxes arrived in rough shape and looked like they had been previously opened and retaped. After inventorying the parts, I found that several major components were missing. Since I was working with a tight space under a roof overhang, I measured the rear support posts and discovered they were two inches longer than listed in the specs. Unfortunately, I’m sending it back. I’m disappointed both by the inaccurate dimensions and the condition of the delivery. That said, the components that did arrive seemed well made, and I was optimistic about the product overall. It’s frustrating that it won’t work out—and the time spent inventorying and arranging the return has been a real hassle.

We like the finished product and it had great customer service. However there were some things the company could change to make it easier to install. 1. It was a little taller than noted we had to notch the metal top to fit under our roof. 2. The pieces of metal that fit under the panels had screws to hold it however, the metal strips hole didn’t have threads. This made it difficult to screw in. We made threads as seen in 4 th photo. This worked. Also those metal pieces were slightly too long in picture #6 we shortened them to fit. 3. We were short screws emailed the company and they FedEx the replacements quickly. Lastly the front has 3 posts and the back only 2, we can see a slight sag in the middle back so we emailed the company to see if we can purchase another post. Unfortunately we can’t attach the back to our house so that’s why we probably need a third post. If we can’t purchase a post we will place a wood one. Overall it’s nice looking I like that light comes in also it did not leak when it rained. For the money it’s a decent cover.
