I tried another product first that came highly recommended - but after many technical issues, rarely any GPS reads and barely any GSM signal, I decided to get this one, which cost less than half that other competitor. I've had this 1 day so far - quick activation, snappy and useful UI (both web and Android app versions - unsure about iPhone app). Was quick to get and keep a signal, and I get frequent, accurate GPS reads that include battery voltage, car speed, and trip log for (supposedly) one year. I also got their 2 year subscription for $99.99, figuring if I do not like it I have 30 days for a refund. But the looks of my first day experience, I think I will keep this for some time to come.

Bought this tracker for a variety of safety reasons to put in my daughter's vehicle as she is a new, teenage driver. It is extremely easy to instal and activate and it works exactly as the description said it would. Easy to pull up on a cell phone and a laptop. The reports it gives, the visual roadway maps it gives, everything is exactly as you would want it to be and I couldn't ask for it to work any better. You definitely won't be disappointed with this device and your purchase. Great price for OBD unit and bi-annual subscription!!

I put this in a rental van, now I can watch Where the people go who rent it, and make sure they don't go to festivals. Has tons of features, lots of options. The ap p isn't the most refined our user friendly, but it works well enough enough

If you want to deal with customer service in germany. So different time zones. Go for it. But they never return your calls or emails. No service is provided. But the app works not the device. Customer service is a joke. They don't answer, return calls or emails. So I had no way of cancelling my subscription with them besides going through my bank.

installs in OBC port, but my is in Porsche and is covered by carpet panel and will not fit. purchased 18" OBC extension cable for port and moved unit up under dash. Works just fine. Also harder for thieves to find and remove.
