No idea what happened to these units had one on my landscape trailer and one on my expensive mower! They seem to be doing fine at first then suddenly one then the other lost battery power and couldn’t be charged again! Wouldn’t turn on, wouldn’t light up nothing at all. On the good side of things, the company immediately offered to refund me my hundred plus dollars I spent for the monitoring fee and just simply asked me to return the two units to Amazon. Not sure whether these things didn’t like the bumpy ride or the extreme heat of the south but the company didn’t really offer any information as to what happened. Back to the drawing board and sitting with equipment that is unprotected. ... show more

First thing, the unit itself didn’t charge even after being plugged in overnight. You need to subscribe, 1 year was $59… up front, then you find out it doesn’t work. If you can speak Hindi, then you may be able to get support. For me I wasted $100 🤬 Really going to stop buying this stuff online….
