I bought the S3 model a few days ago. A little heavy for one person to manage when it comes to storing it. It folds well and has a relatively small footprint. I store it in an inside closet, see photo. The seat is comfortable, the handling is very easy, it is actually fun to drive! People seem to be attracted to it as I drive around. Easy to get in and out my apartment. Manages slight inclines and declines well, feels safe and stable, holds the charge well. I tested it in several scenarios to determine if I would keep or return, and so far, I have not been disappointed! It would be helpful if there were a local service place, but hopefully, the quality will remain as reliable, and the company assured me that they will take care of any problems. The price is a bit high compared to others I looked at; however, it shows in the design and construction of it.

Love this scooter, but unable to take on airplanes. Battery is to large. They say it can go on airplanes but check battery sizes before you purchase. I was flying to Alaska and they would not allow, had to get a new flight and take cart back to vehicle and travel without my cart.

This folding mobility scooter is a stand out product for anyone seeking a reliable, portable, and versatile mobility solution. This is what I found during my use: It offers a solid balance of balance, portability, and safety. With its 25 mile range, really great for daily use. The 2-step folding makes it easy to store in the cars trunk. The all terrain tires and the 250W motor handles a variety of surfaces smoothly, while the anti roll-over and seat sensor add peace of mind. Although the 6.2 mph top speed might be slower for some, it is perfectly safe for navigation. Lightweight but sturdy with friendly controls plus handy extras like a basket and headlight, it’s a great mobility solution. Cons: speed options: while the three speed modes are useful (6.2, 3.7, 1.8 mph), top speed might be slower for some users, however the trade off for safety especially for seniors or those navigating tight and crowded spaces, will find it ideal. Weight: even though it’s relatively light for its class at 70.5 pounds, it is still cumbersome for those that need to lift it into a car without help.

The chair does not adjust and the one I recieved can not be folded down to fit back in the box to return. The company is not very cooperating and sending me a return label with free shipping .I suggest anyone to not buy from this company. Amazon is always very easy to return items but this company a buyer has to deal with the seller as a third party .

My mom used it for the first time yesterday at Disneyland and DCA. Easy riding, didn’t feel cheap, loves the key security, the comfort, overall she loved it and it was great! Now the not so great… I had to bring the unit in the house to charge it, since there is no detachable battery and there were stairs. It is heavy, but manageable or at least I thought so, the support wheels that prevent from tipping, well, the left support literally broke off. I couldn’t believe it. I just stared at the broken off piece. Luckily, it does have 4 wheels, so I am not concerned with her tipping it over, but really? She still has the right one, but I need to get a cap for the broken one as I don’t want to accidentally cut ourselves. Also, it scratches up easily. If you don’t have stairs, you should be fine.
