The L5 is light, folds easily, and rides so smooth. I especially like the storage basket underneath the seat – great for holding my shopping bag or a small jacket. On a recent trip, I accidentally bumped into a few doorways and the basket bracket got bent. I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly helpful. They sent me a replacement part right away, walked me through the install, and now it's good as new. No runaround, no frustration – just quick, friendly help. This L5 scooter has changed everything for us. It's so lightweight that I can lift it into our trunk.
