Instructions bad. Racks good. I read the supplied instructions, then set them on fire. With a modicum of average skill, you can figure out how then attach these to your vehicle. Just don’t expect the instructions to help you out. You might expand on you sailor style of vocabulary at times, but all will be fine in the end. The instructions lacked a little, but it’s a pretty easy install as long as you get the long one on the front. I left the adjustable screws a little loose and tightened after I knew how much slack I needed for it to fit across the top of my car. The first 6 pictures are what is in the box and how well it is packaged. The instructions said the front bar would be labeled but it wasn’t. I just measured to see which one was longer (front). Pop off the covers, install the mounting brackets on the cross rails using the washers (that’s not in the instructions). Then mount the rails to the top of the car. The mounting bracket, rubber gasket and covers are all labeled with left and right. ... show more

Very happy with this roof rack rail system for a 2015 Toyota Highlander. The installation instructions weren't great but installation was pretty intuitive. The only downside is that it scratches easily so I would suggest getting pads to protect the rails for any attachments.

Great quality roof rack for the price. I was looking for something that was similar to the OEM look but was a little worried purchasing this product due to how low the price was. I was wrong! Looks great and easy to install!

    • These did NOT fit my 2017 Highlander Limited.
This product at least appeared to be correct for the 2017 Highlander. Once you assemble the crossbars however they are too wide. You cannot align the bolts that would hold them to the roof. The instructions were fairly straightforward so good job there. Be aware of the site showing you “will fit your vehicle “. I am 0 for 2 sets at this point. You also have to take these back to an official UPS store. ... show more

Really cheap but they worked well and were accessible for the extra roof rack what they were needed for. Now that the roof rack is on them they look great and are working functionally excellent
