We used to have our mattress over wooden slats on a bed frame, and it was so uncomfortable. I would roll around all night and woke up tired. We decided to swap out the wooden frame for this box spring, and wow! The bed offers much better support now. I've always had wooden/fabric style box springs in the past, the kind you get at a mattress store, so I was really intrigued by this mail-friendly metal frame option. The assembly process was actually pretty easy, my 4 year old helped me and it took the two of us half an hour or so (don't tell her but it probably would have been quicker if I was building it without help 😂). The structure is very sturdy, too. I'd like a similar kit beefed up for a shed foundation! I really love knowing that there won't be any mold colonizing my wooden box spring.

This does not fit in my full size bed frame ( to wide by an inch). My helper pushed it down hard and broke my bed frame. I now have it on the floor which has lost me 8ins in height. Therefore, when I add my ten ins mattress it is to low for me now as I am 87 and cannot physically get up from it. I will return it. This is a full my bed is a full, sorry was a full.

We had no time to return for refund or replacement. So parts had to be straightened out and hammered. This was a time sensitive delivery and couldn’t be returned. Hopefully we don’t find out that it caved.
