Necessary if your bed relies on a metal sheet that can stick to a magnet. These are small enough to allow for full print size, and sturdy enough to hold the bed in place.

Bought these to hold down the glass build plate on my Ender3. At first the clips would not stay on due to the thickness of glass plate plus upgraded aluminum bed and heater. After a simple mod to the bend of the clip plus some shrink tubing on the legs that ride against my heating element and they work fantastic! Great and low profile. Saw a recommendation to wrap the prongs in duct tape or heat resistant tape to prevent scratching of the plate's underside and it works great! Best clamp with the lowest profile I've seen!

Works great to hold the variety of bed types I use and doesn’t take up as much of the bed printing area as binder clips do. The only downside is when using them near the heater connections, make sure you have kapton tape or some protection over the solder joints so you don’t short it.

Clips pop off heat bed with glass, the bottom psrt of the clip is to long it rests on the heat element. And it slowly pops off.

These things are the best clips I've ever used. The only drawback is they get tangle up in shipping and it takes a while to sort it all out.

I love these to hold my glass bed on. Definitely need the extra clips as I have sent a few of these pinging off into another dimension while being a little to rough with the print bed.
