What a great deal! Great quality for the price. I have a 16x7 garage door and this thing works flawlessly and is very quiet. I had the same problem as another reviewer showing a picture of a faulty remote where the solder holding the battery in place broke. I could not link the remote opener, and I assumed it didn't have a battery in it. When I opened it up, the battery was In there but the solder failed. I soldered it back in place and it works just fine. I then contacted the seller and they are sending me two extra remotes free of charge. Talk about great customer service!!!!!! I am impressed all the way around

Great opener at a reasonable price. Quiet, easy install. Hey, I bought 2 of them. Only downside is getting spare remotes. Generic ones didn’t pair with the unit, had to order Beam Up 3 button remote through Home Depot, for reasonable price ($29 and free shipping).

my remote controller was broken the Battey holder where it was soldered, so it doesn't work, cant seam to get anybody to answer the support line for a replacement. love the garage door opener tho very quiteand smooth

These are great little garage door openers. I had a double garage with two old 1985 craftsman door openers, that were very loud and had started fail. I bought two bu50s on a recommendation from a friend. So in about an hour and half, I was able to remove the old openers and install these as their replacement. It was so nice to come across a nice, clear instruction manual which someone had obviously taken the time to actually try out. There’s openers are so much quieter than what they replaced. Sitting in the car, I can’t even hear them as they close. Great product.

Opener works great, easy to install, BUT the remote is junk, Battery came lose inside, [Soldering issue] After trying to program other remotes i had to order a replacement from pacer to resolve, Hopefully replacement doesn't come apart as well
