The media could not be loaded. I would like to start off by saying this part is not the sellers fault but FedEx fault. I really do think they may need to switch who delivers their products, I ordered my couch on the 9th of December FedEx kept pushing my delivery date back from Friday to Saturday to Sunday then to Monday until I called them and lit a fire under them because my package was sitting in GA for 3 days. Once they expedite it the 3rd box was some how damaged and they had to send it back. Got in contact with the seller they shipped a new one out but couldn’t expedite it because of the holiday so I had a half of a couch for a week and a half. But customer service is good just a head up though if you are in the U.S. you will have to be up at 1-2 in the morning est to respond back to them as the customer service is over seas on a whole different time zone. The quality of the couch is good, a few loose strings and whatever those bands are for at the bottom came torn already. There is a stain that came on the side of the couch already. It was very easy to assemble I assembled by myself and I am 5’1 and 120 lbs so you should be good to do this by yourself. The cup holder part does not easily go back into place you do have to move the cushions a certain way for it to go back into place properly but over all 4/5 would recommend.

Cheap fabric that wrinkles just sitting on it, very thin. Already snagged a couple times just by sitting on it. Very little padding on back cushions. Lean back & you can feel the frame. I’ll probably only keep until I find something else. Returns you pay the shipping $200+ not even worth it

Once all is together the sofa is very comfy and just what we wanted. Sofa came in missing 1 cushion. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement right away. A few of the holes were pre drilled so they didn't line up. So there was a little adjusting but that is to be expected for furniture needing put together. Very happy

The one thing I appreciate about Amazon sellers is that they understand if something does not work you can return it with out issue. The reason for my return was that the couch is smaller than I expected, the back is very low and it is not a "family night" couch. The couch itself is very pretty and I LOVED that the ottoman opens for storage. It is made very well. However, it did not work for my family. I packaged everything nicely back in the box no issues. When I went to print the return, shipping cost was $600. I reached out to the seller numerous times without response. I ended up selling for half the price. I will NEVER order from this seller again.
