I bought this set because of the reviews on America Test kitchen on nonstick pans and OXO was still recommended from the results! This set is easy to clean and has even distribution of heat! I haven’t put them in the dishwasher yet because they are so easy to clean. Also the handles are cool touch.

    • Very good nonstick pan for small meals
I usually cook with stainless steel larger pans, but purchased this small pan to have a nonstick pan for making eggs in the morning and other small meals where a larger pan is not needed. It is a good size for two fried eggs, a three egg omelette or a grilled cheese sandwich. Food does not stick and the cooking surface is easy to clean. The only drawback is with the smaller size I have to use a lower heat when using a gas stovetop or there will be burn marks on the outside of the pan ( not a deal breaker for what I cook with it). ... show more

Verified buyer here. Posting this review for clarification as other reviewers state it does not work for induction. It does and was specifically engineer to work on induction, but work for all other cook-tops. I don't know the quality of the non-stick, but it does say three coats, which is above average, but I have hear up to five coats on Allclad. Yes, it has aluminum as aluminum is the very best economical conductor of heat. 3 layers of non-stick, ceramic base, and aluminum structure with a "magneto base" for the induction. good cookin' ps. shipped from Amazon UK to me in USA, AZ. ... show more
