The media could not be loaded. This fireplace looks great! It puts out a nice amount of heat and the temperature is adjustable from 62-99 degrees. Not just on or off like most other fireplaces I looked at. The fire display is 3D in appearance and is a very stunning display! The flames have 13 different colors. It comes with crystals and logs that you have to set up yourself, but it is very easy to do. The bed also has 13 different colors to choose from. I was really on the fence about buying this because there was only 2 reviews and only 2 answered questions about it. So, if you are unsure about this fireplace like I was, let me tell you that you will not be disappointed with it at all.

I've tried calling customer service several time about when I turn the fireplace on high it shuts down and has to be reset. I've left my information and still no returned call. Don't waste your money on it

The media could not be loaded. The first unit that was sent was damaged in shipping. Oxhark fireplace immediately made things right and have sent a new unit out. Tracking information followed. We hope to receive the unit tomorrow and will then update the review after receiving a new unit. Update, not only was a new unit sent out. The seller reached out via phone to follow up. The customer service for this company so far has been amazing. We turned on this fireplace last night and must say for the price we purchased for it blows the units out of the water costing 2x more. The flame is very realistic. You can change the bed color and the flame color. Would purchase again from the seller on customer service alone. But the quality of this unit if you are looking for an electric fireplace can not be beat!!! Additionally the logs can be exchanged out with crystal rocks if you desire. These crystals come inside your box with a transparent strip that lays down prior to putting them down. Buy with confidence that the seller will take care of you.
