Although I measured the patio prior to ordering the set, it ended up looking smaller than I anticipated. One of the back pieces didn’t match the other and the chair had a bent foot piece so I contacted the manufacturer. Within a day I received a response and a FedEx tracking number advising me they are sending me a replacement chair and a new back piece (free). So costumer service is excellent. I ended up using the unfit back piece that’s why you see a 4 seater in the picture. The additional pieces sent did not include cushions. The manufacturer quoted me about $175 for another set of chair cushion plus back couch cushion so I decided to get two sets of the amazon basic chair cushions instead which you can see in the picture as well. The table is small so I will eventually replace it with something bigger. Not having to put anything together is wonderful!! Overall I get many compliments on this set and we spend a lot of time using it.

It looks great and is fairly comfortable. The center table is a little low, though. It came neatly fitted in two boxes and was very light to carry. Since we are not very tall the size is a good fit—for taller folk I can see it may not be that comfortable. Haven’t had it rained on yet but plan to bring the cushions inside if it does. Update —we left cushions out abc they became waterlogged! Hope they dry out in the sun I won’t reduce my stars for that coz I feel they will dry but hope they don’t get discolored. Will Have to keep them inside.

This product took a long time to arrive. I ordered it in July and didnt receive it until September. Working with Customer Service was was easy and they were very responsive. Once the furniture arrived I loved it! The cushions are thick, the furniture is sturdy and coming already assembled is a PLUS!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! What a horrendous product and company experience.... We ordered this set on July 13th and they marked it as "shipped" a few days later. When our deliver date passed, which was 11 August, we contacted the company twice and each time they said that they were waiting for FedEx to pick it up from their warehouse...unacceptable. We finally got the delivery on 30 August. We unboxed it and put it together for 5 minutes then we reboxed it because of how uncomfortable it was. The back of the couch and chair barely went halfway up my back and the cushions are so thin it was like sitting on the wicker. We asked for a return the same day as our delivery but we were already passed our return window...really?!?! Again we contacted the company and asked for a return and they said we should just keep it because their products are "high quality". When we asked for a return again, they finally said it would be another $200+ for return shipping.... We ended up selling it to someone in the local area to just be rid of it. YEE BE WARNED!!! DO NOT BUY IF YOU VALUE YOUR COMFORT!!! GO TO A FURNITURE STORE AND SIT ON IT BEFORE YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM OVIOS!!!

Super happy with the quality of the product, for the price that we paid. Assembly was extremely easy, and it looks great. I read a lot of reviews about other cushions being a bit pink - but these are a true light beige. Love the additional no slip pieces, as well as the furniture cover - that will help keep the set looking great for a long time to come. Great overall!!

This furniture is not very comfortable. Pillow cushions have pulled apart making for a distressed look. We will need to bring in the furniture for the winter as hopefully we can get another season out of the cushions since the cover lasted a short time.
