Why is it frequently observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation? During the installation, please follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws during the installation until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place. Can the cushion covers be removable and washable? The covers have zippers and can be washed. Do I need to remove the cushions during rain? The cushion cover is water-resistant, not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, please remove them and store in dry place when not in use. Purchased this set for our back yard. A couple of items to point out. First, the set is very well packaged, with great interior protection for the various components. First rate! Second, assembly is fairly easy, but I would recommend using your own (better) tools rather than the ones provided. Makes assembly go much quicker. Only one issue encountered: one of the screw holes was not drilled out properly, but I was able to fix it using a tap and die set. Third, once assembled they are very sturdy, the quality seems very high, and they are very comfortable. I ended up adding an two extra support legs to the back of the couch as it seemed to slightly bow when 4 people were sitting on it. Will see how they hold up in the Colorado sun but so far so good. I would purchase this set again for sure, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality outdoor furniture set. ... show more

This patio set is perfect in height and the cushions are a pretty burnt orange. They could be a little thicker for the price, but not too much of a concern; it's been raining a lot and they seem to be holding up just fine, with most of the water dripping off Assembly was somewhat challenging as there were only a few diagrams to follow. However, after I finished the first chair, it was easier and didn't have to use the instructions any more. It took me about 5 hours over 2 days due to the slow start, but went quickly thereafter. After reading reviews, purchased the 7 piece outdoor patio furniture set. I selected this particular one since the sofa comes in one piece where as in several others, sofa is 3 separate pieces, joined together. Placed the order on 19th June and promptly arrived in 3 boxes on 21st. Assembly takes a while but once you get the hang of it, becomes relatively easy with right tools. Furniture looks sturdy and the cushions are comfortable. Its been two weeks and so far very happy with the purchase and have been spending evenings on the patio. I bought the set because I had already purchased a set of two chairs from the same company a couple years ago and it was very pleased with it. I'm disappointed that this time the bottom cushions are thinner, and after sitting on the same one for a couple months I can feel an indentation in it.
