Don't believe all the negative reviews about how this furniture is so hard to put together. It is very simple and straight forward if you can follow instructions. Every thing I received was labeled and even came with a little bag of spare nuts, washers, etc. Which came in handy when my husband dropped on and it slipped thru the boards on the porch 😂 I will give one piece of advice...don't put together on a hard surface or put a piece or plastic, sheet or something under the pieces as they are assembled upside down and we did end up scuffing the arm of the couch. No big deal to me. It is so freaking cute and comfortable. It is smaller than my previous outdoor furniture which I love as I have a small screened porch. I will say it is extremely sturdy and very well made!!! Could the cushions be a little thicker, yes but not uncomfortable at all. I love, love, love it!!! And it is kitty approved which is always important!!!

Pros: Good quality and looks great on my patio. Box 1 of 2 showed up well before the due date, so the shipping was fast. Seller was responsive. Great value - this set would be twice the price at a store. Cons: It comes in two boxes which do not have separate tracking through Amazon and were not delivered at the same time. Some of the hardware to put the ottomans together was in the second box so I had to wait almost a week. I emailed the seller and they replied quickly with the FedEx tracking number of the second box (the delay was entirely the fault of FedEx- not the seller). It would be great if the correct hardware was in the correct package. The price you are paying for this means you will have some work to do. The instructions to put it together were God-awful. If I wasn't a veteran at putting IKEA furniture together it would have been a lot worse, but once we figured out the pictures (only pictures, no words) which were not that intuitive, we didn't have an issue. Here's a tip: dump out all the hardware and separate it into little containers and label them! You will save yourself an aneurysm. Also, you will have an easier time if you have a ratchet wrench. The nuts that go on when you screw the feet onto the couch and chairs are very tight and hard to turn. All in all I am very happy with the set and would recommend it - it's a good value for what you get.

When I ordered the set, I was a bit skeptical not knowing what to expect for the purchase. Although after tax it was about $825.00 you get what you paid for and much more. First the set came in two separate boxes and arrived a day apart, however the entire set arrived 7 days earlier than expected (what a bonus). Next, I was very impressed with the way it was shipped/packaged. Not a dent, nothing was broken and the boxes themselves were dented a bit but because it was so well packaged everything was in tip top shape. Once it came time to unwrap and take the items one by one out of the boxes, I was even more impressed. It came with very straight forward directions and all the parts came in a very nice bag. It was more tedious than challenging putting the entire set together (roughly about 2/3 hours) but well worth it at the end. I decided to order the brown on beige...I figured this way the cushions will not fade out from the sun. Once put together it comes with double sided Velcro to hold the cushions in place (but it is not very good and it does end up sticking to the cushions and my mistake it made a sticky mark and I cannot get it out) so I just turned the cushion on the other side. However, I really have not had an issue with the cushions at all and they do not slip or slide all over the place. You must and I do mean must spray your cushions really good with Scotch Guard first thing, and it does work wonders, but if I know it is going to rain and I am home I make sure I put the cushions in bags (I just use big trash bags), The cushions are thick and very comfortable. I also love the pillows that came with it, I purchased others on my own and it looks great. Overall, I give this set a 5-star rating. There are so many pieces you can do so much with it and it is light to move around but very sturdy. One more thing the fabric on the cushions have a zipper so you can take them off and wash them on a gentle cycle and do not put in the dryer, let them air dry. I would love to add a photo or two to show you how adorable it looks on my new patio that I built during COVID-19...Enjoy to you all who purchase this set, I am very impressed with the company and the customer service and the overall quality and price, it is a great value and it is a must buy. Above it says I purchased Gray on Gray but this is not correct it was Brown with beige cushions, will send picture later

Purchased this set for our back yard. A couple of items to point out. First, the set is very well packaged, with great interior protection for the various components. First rate! Second, assembly is fairly easy, but I would recommend using your own (better) tools rather than the ones provided. Makes assembly go much quicker. Only one issue encountered: one of the screw holes was not drilled out properly, but I was able to fix it using a tap and die set. Third, once assembled they are very sturdy, the quality seems very high, and they are very comfortable. I ended up adding an two extra support legs to the back of the couch as it seemed to slightly bow when 4 people were sitting on it. Will see how they hold up in the Colorado sun but so far so good. I would purchase this set again for sure, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality outdoor furniture set.

This product comes very well packaged. Very cleverly done. I searched out a lot of similar groupings and read the buyers comments before purchasing. Very happy that I did. We were prepared. It does take two people to put this together. All parts and tools are supplied, however we did have our 10 mm wrenches handy to use in place of the little tools included. The supplier includes plenty of extra nuts, bolts and washers( which are marked in separate packaging as extras). It did take us about 4 hours to complete. The cushions are all vacuum sealed, but once the plastic is opened, they do take shape. Very happy with the way all holes lined up…. Please follow the instructions about not tightening all bolts before all pieces are in place. ( made that mistake on the first chair!). I ordered the grey cushions and they are as I expected. Very happy with the style & the quality of the furniture. The instructions are a little vague, but after looking over a couple of times its pretty easy. We also laid out all bolts, washers etc so that it was easy to tell which ones you needed. ( cut open and used the cartons that they were shipped in as to not scratch anything. As noted above, when we sorted the nuts, washers etc, we also labeled them on the cardboard box, as to make identifying them easy to do when needed. Also, the chairs are boxed separately and each box comes with its own set of instructions and tools. Very happy with the set!

3 or 4--Guess it depends on how sophisticated you want your space. Ours is casual and a good spot to take a break while working out of doors. Don't expect the cushions to last more than a couple of years, but they zip so they can be interchanged. For the price--not bad. I did have a handyman assemble it because it was more than I could figure out--easy for him (another $150) but toooo difficult for me. Don't know that I'd buy another set that required cushions to be removed almost daily (weather and sprinkler system).

This is my second set from this company, my husband and I absolutely love this furniture and the comfort of it. The only thing that is different between this set and our first set from the same company is the color cushion we chose and the amount of pieces. For our lower patio we chose the orange and for the upper patio we chose the black, I wish I would have taken into consideration that the black is going to show much more of my dog hair, Despite all of our efforts, we cannot keep our three dogs off of this furniture, and the hair shows up more pronounced on the black, also bird droppings show up very vividly. The black doesn't seem to be as soft and plush as the orange for some reason. But regardless, we love this furniture and are very happy with our purchase. it was very time-consuming for my husband to put this all together, but in the end was worth it for our needs. We bought more pieces for the orange set, and realized we didn't need two of the chairs so they are stored away in case something happens to one of the other pieces. Our house is the "party house "that most of our family and friends use because of our backyard, so we needed a lot of furniture out there, we wanted something durable and comfortable. I definitely recommend this company, I have a few other pieces from other companies and they are nowhere near as comfortable.

Update: I completed the assembly of all the pieces. The ottomans and sofa were fine. The main issue was the hardware for the chairs. I ordered new M6 90mm screws and was able to complete their assembly without an issue. The legs on all the furniture are a pain. There are protrusions to keep the legs squared with the furniture once bolts are tightened, but they make screwing them in place more difficult. Use your own wrenches. What is provided are poor quality. I will also add that the cushions for the chairs shipped stuck inside the chair arms. While this was efficient for packing it damaged the cushions. One side is crushed down to about 2". After several days there is no sign they are returning to normal. And my last comment is related to aesthetics. The screws that hold the side arms in place screw in from the outside. They are silver/ brass colored and are very visible against the dark rattan. They should have used hardware that allowed for plastic caps matching the rattan to be placed over them. Again, you get what you pay for and this wasn't a $3,000 patio set. I'll have to try to fabricate something myself. Now that everything is assembled and wasn't all as bad as the chairs due to those crappy screws, I am less angry and more satisfied with the furniture. I'm changing my rating from 2 to 3. I have assembled a lot of furniture over the years! Add I mean a lot. And some have been a challenge due to complexity and misaligned holes. But, OMG, this set is a nightmare. I am never been so angry trying to put something together. I spent 2 hours on 1 chair and I'm still not done. The hardware is very low quality! The nuts for the legs are way too tight and the provided wrench is too loose to grip them properly. The long hex screws for the top of the chair are way too tight and started to strip when still sticking out by 1/2" from the side of the chair. I was able to get them out with another tool and will need to find something to replace them. I also noticed that the metal frame in the seat of the chair only has corner cross braces. The center of the seat is supported by the plastic rattan twisted together. Time will tell, but I am lacking confidence in overall quality and durability based on how bad the hardware is. The saying "you get what you pay for" is applicable here. Hoping I can find some alternate hardware that works better. You are not going to pay to ship these monstrous boxes back to China so don't kid yourself about being able to return anything. Update 10/3/25: I have had this patio set almost 2 years. It only survived 2 summers. The furniture looks great in the beginning but the plastic rattan disintegrates under UV light (sunshine). I use this furniture daily and it was under a giant cantilever umbrella. Covers and uncovering daily is not realistic. I did not expect this furniture to degrade in the sunlight though. Cant call it outdoor furniture if it cant be exposed to the outdoors!! Dropped my review to 1 star. Buyer beware!!
