We love this set. Better than expected, but you need a lot of patience to assemble. After trying to manually tighten screws with the hand tools they sent you, we ended up finding a drill bit to fit and used a drill. Made the process go much faster. It was annoying that the screws were separately packaged and well labeled in the swivel chairs but the ones for the couches were all in one big package and it was a huge guessing game. After putting it together we love it, it’s sturdy and doesn’t feel like it’s going to unravel in a year.

The media could not be loaded. Looks great! Sturdy. Time consuming, but easy to build. Comfortable deep seats for tall folks. Good value. Bought the 8-piece set and an extra side table. Added another $150 in extra pillows for pops of color and added comfort. Downside is the Swivel chairs have sharp top back corners where the plastic weave folds over. Remedied by adding pieces of electrical tape so nobody would get scratched. Giving 4 stars bc of lengthy build time and sharp corners. Great addition for under our new gazebo.

We just finished a screened in porch on our house and was needing several pieces of furniture for that area. This gave us several pieces for $1500, which was a good value compared to the others we had looked at. I saw reviews on here that the assembly was challenging. My 13 year old daughter put the first chair together by herself. My husband and father put the remainder together. Our experience was great getting things to line up and go together greatly! They did use an electric screwdriver and that sped the assembly process up a bit. The cushions are a little on the thin side, but they aren't intolerable. That is literally my only complaint.

This has been the worst purchase I have made on Amazon the furniture is defective and they’re not excepting my return and won’t send me a return label they want me to pay to return the furniture and I can’t afford to pay for the return labels the furniture has sharp objects poking out on the arms of all the furniture

This is a very nice set and customer service was responsive. The sofa back was bent and the company sent a replacement quickly. It is a little light weight so if you live in a windy area like we do, they must be secured or brought indoors.
