The media could not be loaded. This patio set came in 4 huge boxes! Half of it came on Saturday and the second half came on Sunday. I’m so amazed at how all 12 pieces fit in those 4 boxes. Shipping was fast and nothing was damaged. This set is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. The only odd thing was it didn’t come with anything to hook the couch together. My husband just got jumbo zip ties and it worked great!!! I look forward to summer with this set!! Thanks so much for an easy transaction as this was my second attempt at purchasing patio furniture this year and you didn’t disappoint!! UPDATE!!...... i I found plastic clips in with the covers. I added them with the zip ties for extra security. Second update: I’ve had this set a year and I’m now on the third chair that needs replaced. I’ve also had to sew a cushion. This set just doesn’t hold up well. We even put it away in the winter months. Third update: furniture is poorly made and you can’t buy replacement parts. They want you to buy a whole set. They no longer will send new replacements and I’ve had at least 4 chairs replaced. ... show more

Disappointed is how I would describe my feelings regarding this purchase. The shipment came in 4/5 boxes that were easy to assemble. Comfortable, stylish yes. Durable DEFINETLY NOT. This set was purchased a couple of years ago and when I went to cover them for the fall/winter season, the wicker material( which is plastic ) just crumbles in your hand. You can see in the attached photos how the arms on the sofa showing the deterioration of the material. Contacted customer care in search of answers as to why the premature failure of the material and what can be done other than keeping the furniture covered, no suggestions, just an offer to sell me the replacements. I'm not going to spend good money after bad on this product. $2000.00 for a patio set that won't last!!!! Invest your hard earned money on something else that will last. Oh, and the little box on the web page saying to cover it IF YOU USE IT OUTSIDE ON A PATIO, where else do you use a patio set. ... show more

Ordered this set in the grey wicker with the denim cushions. I am really impressed with the amount of pieces and the quality for the cost. No assembly required. Came out of the box and I was able to set everything up in a short period of time. The wicker chairs are well built and the rattan wicker is thick and of a good quality. The denim cushions are well constructed with good stitching, and the denim material is of a fabric on the heavy side and a nice color. It also came with nice contrasting couch pillow ends, and it also came with storage covers for the winter. I wouldn't hesitate to order this again ... show more

Unfortunately, weather has not been conducive to being outside yet. +Delivered before promised +Packaging is creative and easy to remove +The furniture seems well-constructed for the price +Light-weight and easy to carry, move, set up +SO many pieces and arrangement options! +Large covers to protect from the elements +Completely changes the look of my back yard +I was nervous about the blue/gray combo, but I think it's a good choice for hiding dirt and the gray is a blend of grays/browns, so goes with anything. So far, I really don't have any complaints. We'll see how well it survives a couple parties and teenagers this summer. ... show more
