Love the chair. It's very comfortable and the color I wanted. However, knocking off a star due to the MASSIVE seam down the back that basically ruins the aesthetic. My desk faces the wall so that seam is the first thing I see every time I walk into my office.

I’ve had this chair for a little over 3 months now. Overall, it’s kept its shape and comfort since the first time I assembled it. My only two complaints are 1) it squeaks a LOT, but I don’t move around enough for it to drive me nuts and 2) the fabric of the seat clumps in the middle of the chair, almost leaving an indent of my butt. So, it’s a tad unattractive when I’m not sitting in it.. but what can you do ... show more

It's fine. I've been using the chair for a few months now, and it's far better than the chair I was using before, but it has a few problems. Firstly, there is no lumbar support. I have to put a pillow behind my back every time I sit in my chair, which is every day. I also sit in the chair all day for work, and the seat is not very plush. I have to get up a lot because my legs and bottom area kind of lose feeling. The lever that raises and lowers the chair has also stopped working at this point. But the chair was easy enough to assemble. I had to have someone help me because the pieces are a little cumbersome, but the directions are good enough. I do like the way the chair leans back and can lock into place, but the bottom cushion really needs more padding. Overall, I wish I had just spent more money on a better chair. It's a very stylish chair, I really do like the look, but I'm disappointed with the comfort level. ... show more

I loved the look and feel of this chair. Looks more expensive than it's sold for. But, after using it for all day use for work from home, I had pain in my tailbone. Not great. I was able to use it comfortably by putting a cushion on it. Just not for me.
