I bought this couch back in March and I have had it for a month now (maybe a little over) and it is a good couch. It is massive! The pictures do not do it justice. Me, my 11 year old daughter that is 5'1, anf my 2 year old son can fit on this couch while all of us are lying down on it (while the "pull out bed" is taken out) And we would still have room for another person! The couch is super soft, which I love. It is quite stiff though when you get it. It has broken in a bit since I bought it. Took a few weeks for that to happen. It is pretty comfortable now. I have almost fallen asleep on it quite a few times. The chaise is pretty long. I'm 5'4 and can stretch out on it and not have my feet dangling off. If you're taller than that though, your feet/legs will dangle. The chaise also has a lot of storage space which is a plus. You do have to put a little effort in opening it up but its not too hard to do so. The delivery had me a bit nervous though. 4 boxes were delivered over a span of 2-3 days. 2 very large boxes came 3 days before my expected delivery date. One of the two boxes (for both deliveries) are quite heavy. But I was able to bring them inside by "rolling" the boxes on their sides from my doorstep and inside my home. When I opened the boxes, I realized that it was only TWO pieces of the sectional that was delivered. I called Amazon and they told me the other parts would be delivered in the next 2 days. I did receive the rest of the couch 2 days later. That being said, the couch was super easy to put together. As a single mom, I was able to do it by myself. All the pieces slide into place (the back and each sectional peice) The feet screw in. The chaise peice does have some parts that need to be screwed in with the allen wrench but it was no big deal. I loved that all the cushions, pillows, feet, and tools were inside on the bottom of the couch. There is a zipper on the bottom that you unzip and everything is in there. The hardest part was trying to slide the chaise by myself into the connecting middle seat, but I manged to do it. The only cons I have with this is that 1: I wish this couch came in a light grey color. The dark grey was not the color I wanted. But I got this one because all the other light grey couches that looked exactly like this were more expensive. 2: The back of the couch is very short, so it becomes uncomfortable when sitting straight up to watch TV. It puts strain on my neck and shoulder blades. But to solve that I put pillows behind my head for support. And finally there are no words on the instruction papers. The pictures are clear enough for the most part. But when it came time to put the chaise together, I had to look a little longer to understand what I needed to do. Overall though, the couch is great especially for the price, and is a huge upgrade for me compared to the sofa and loveseat that I had. When I say this is the BEST sofa I've ever had, I MEAN IT! I've had many sofa sets because I get bored and like to change the scenery every couple of years. This one is my favorite! It's firm but soft easy to move around. The pullout bed was already attached so no hard installs. Me and my 10 year old daughter put this together by ourselves. Only thing you'd have to do is screw on the base pieces and slip the pillow pieces right into the frame. It took about 30 minutes to do. Make sure to follow the number order of the boxes. It will make it so much easier. Instructions were simple and clear. Easy to clean and the storage space is already assembled as well! I absolutely loveeee it! ... show more

The couch looks great and feels solid. I managed to assemble it myself, which was a plus, though the storage section does spring up quickly—so be careful with that. I couldn’t get a couple of the last screws to fit that secure the sections together, but it still holds well. The bottom cushions are quite firm (assuming it may soften with use), but the back cushions are softer, comfy yet supportive. Overall, I’d give it 4.5 stars! ... show more

“ A Dream Come True” I am not sure if most knows, but this couch has gone viral on social media for quite some time now, so to get the couch at a reasonable price or completely in stock has been a challenge in itself, so when I came across this one at such a good price I was extremely skeptical… I ordered the couch on a Friday evening and delivery date was set for the following Friday and I received it on a Wednesday. Super fast delivery, extremely easy to assemble. All of the tools needed were in the box and the instructions were literally self explanatory. The couch is indeed comfortable, but it is NOT plushy. The pillows are, but the couch itself is very firm. I may just have to break it in a bit and it’ll work just fine. The only reason why I am not adding five stars, but I am still very much in love! *** I’ve made screenshots of my pictures to hide my address at the bottom of the screen. Idk how to delete that new apple feature where it adds your location to every picture you take. ... show more

I am so happy with this couch. It is very soft, is very spacious and was very easy to put together. It came in very large boxes and they all came the same day. Packing was very good to insure that if a box got a hole or damage the couch was still protected from getting damaged. The storage spot is deep and large. I have 26 lap blankets in it at the moment. Upon arrival, we brought the boxes directly inside, and opened them. As we were opening one piece, we noticed there was no plastic wrap. And it was also DIRTY. I’m really hoping this comes out with a carpet shampooer.
